Mark was courteous and informative I came in for a vape he knew about the flavors he seemed like he ran a shop in the past I was in line and witnessed Mark helping a gentleman in front of me and he was very informative of the product that the person in front of me was trying to purchase as well he was very professional and I believe it was his first day I ended up picking out the nightcrawler vape honestly Mark recommended it stating that it was one of his best-selling flavors and I had told him I'd like fruity flavors and he had said that everybody that likes fruity flavors likes this one we talked and joked about how the website didn't really explain what the flavor was he's really good at putting you at ease and he was absolutely right the flavor is wonderful I had a nice experience and in the end I was able to save $5 because I had enough points remember to sign up for the loyalty rewards five stars I'm going to start going here a little more...

first man was a gentleman great personality very helpful. product i purchased was complete trash. returned next day round same time hoping to find same gentleman instead this woman wasn't interested in helping me. wouldn't give manager name or number. then tells me she even call manager. i wasn't looking complete refund. oh and top of it the same item i purchased they sell in the ft myers area for 23 not 43. not bit::ing about that, it is what it is. with that said the unhelpful girl who opens the store can't get ahold of manager.
