General impressions: Hotel room was clean, and decent for it's price, although some parts are in need of replacement. Being across from Fun Spot is also convenient and useful.
Main room: -The safe was broken (no power to the electric lock). Considering there were some characters in the area, this was a major issue. I ended up locking my stuff in my car.
+The queen-size bed I slept in was comfortable and clean. However, they are quite tall, making them difficult to get into. The base is walled off, so things cannot roll underneath.
+Desk and chair seem nice, but I didn't use it. I was there to relax, not for business.
-Television worked fine, but the only channels are ESPN, PBS, news, and few others. You're better off watching content on a device, such as streaming services.
+Minifridge is very basic. Mine did not have a freezer, and was missing the temperature adjustment dial. I also needed to pull the fridge forward, since the shelf it sat in wasn't wide enough for the door to close properly. Still filled my purposes, though, and I kept my lunch/dinner in it.
+Microwave is a microwave.
-Nightstand has a digital alarm/radio clock, but the time wasn't set when I arrived. I could not figure out how to set the time on it, making it useless. The nightstand also has 2 power outlets for charging things. They work, bu the front drawer gets in the way of the cables.
-Coffee maker was the incredibly cheap kind (thin tray for disks of grounds for individual Styrofoam cups of coffee). Even worse, the grounding plug was missing.
Bathroom:
+No issues with hot/cold water, other than a slight delay.
-The sink has a really small faucet, meaning you can't rinse your hands easily.
+Soap and shampoo are fairly standard. Soap wasn't scratchy or anything. Conditioner is not included.
-The shower is the worst part of the room. Other than the fact that it's not a bathtub, the shower itself was pointed at a crooked angle (pointed towards far inner corner), the shower curtain is not good at keeping water in, and the curtain magnets don't attach to anything but itself. Worst of all, the soap shelf is disgusting, discolored, and smelling of soap without anything in it.
+Toilet paper is cheap, but it works.
+Toilet is rather small, but it's fine.
-Towels were scratchy, and didn't feel completely clean.
Reception:
+Staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy and quick.
+The continental breakfast is currently unavailable due to covid. They still offer coffee, juice, and granola bars, so you can at least grab a snack on the go.
+Parking was...
Read moreMy family and I rent 3 or more rooms, 2 times a month. We have stayed here multiple times, I will never spend another penny at this motel. First the pool is extremely tiny and in the middle of the parking lot surrounded by homeless people. If you happen to get a room on the back side of the motel, you can not see your vehicle and when you return to your vehicle, it has used condoms and drug paraphernalia laying everywhere. The Asian desk guy really likes to tow your car, so if you have company meeting up with you, he will tow their car. He will also tow paying customers cars even though you go through all the paperwork to write down your make model and tag number, he will still have it towed. He is extremely rude, cold hearted and obviously gets enjoyment from messing up people's vacation. The patrons from the food trucks across the street never get towed though, just paying customers I guess. As you walk through the court yard area to go to your room, you have to walk around homeless people laying on the ground wrapped in blankets. When you open the door to your room, you will get knocked down by the excess use of cleaner, which you will later find out is to cover the stinch of urine in every room. Have had to move rooms multiple times because the A/C didn't work. The bath towels have pubic hair embedded in them. The shower has soap scum and hair stuck everywhere. It is very clear that they do not clean the bedding between customers. The blankets and sheets have food stuck all over them, and the entire bed has someone's hair all over them. The children have all gotten some kind of rash every time we stayed here. Probably due to the dirty beds. The so called breakfast is basically toast and coffee, really bad coffee. I'm not a picky person but this place is disgusting, and the front desk guy is a horrible person. I asked multiple times for the number to management and he completely refused. We work hard for the money we spend, and I would rather spend my money at a location that actually knows the meaning of customer service and at a location that appreciates...

My stay at this motel started off good but eneded horribly. My family and I checked into this place for a 2 night stay. Day 2 we went out, upon our return we discovered that the housekeeper had removed all things and left our room door wide open. My husband called the front desk to ask if our electronic device had been left there. He said no items were reported to the front desk and the housekeeping staff went home already. My husband and I searched the room frantically to no avail. We went back and forth with the front desk man who assured us the housekeepers would never steal, for over 2 hours. I asked him to review the cameras because we had one right outside our door. He said he couldn't and that he would have to call the manager, of which he did. He told us the manager would review the tapes in a few hours. We waited another 2 hours, I finally told the staff I would be calling the police so they could review the cameras. I had been in my room no more than 15 mins and there was a knock at my door it was the the front desk man with my device in his hand. These were his words exactly " funny thing the housekeeping lady thought you guys had checked out so that is why all your items were gone and she forgot to put your electronic device at the front desk, it was in her locker". So I asked him what is the hotel policy on items left behind by customers? To take them and put them in your Locker?? And I also reminded him that is called Stealing! And the the housekeeper who He claimed Never Stole had just been Gulity of Stealing! He apologize and left. We stayed the night and checked out in the morning management was present and they never apologize or acknowledge us for the 4 hours of horror their empolyees had...
