Happy Days Family Fun Center — Attraction in Kissimmee

Spent a lot of money a couple years ago for a ton of arcade tokens. When I purchased so many, I asked the gentleman who was working there if they would ever expire, and he told me no. Returned today to find that coins are no longer used and they have switched to cards. Surely, I thought, they will hook me up with an exchange of tokens for card credits, as we'd been holding on to them and were excited to drive two hours back here to spend them. When I inquired, I was simply told my coins were no good and I'd have to buy a card. No attempt at all by the employee to make up for the loss of money wasted on this establishment. No kindness, no attempt to make it right , nor keep a customer who was ready to spend a whole lot more money here. We had planned to purchase cards anyway, but were expecting to be treated better. So, we took our money elsewhere and will not return to this shady business who already doesn't honor some game wins (we overlooked that on a previous visit for the sake of just having a fun time.) If you like dealing with carnies running rigged games at the fair, this is the place...

Nice alternative to the major parks in the area. Our 4 & 9 yr olds actually liked the Fun Stop better than Magic Kingdom (go figure)!! We visited during a Friday afternoon and came back on Halloween night. The weekday afternoon was a pleasant experience for both kids and the adults. Short wait times for the rides and the ticket booth attendant took her time and explained all of options. The arcade was clean and the prices were fair. The Halloween evening crowd was a little older, larger crowd and wasn't as enjoyable. Bathrooms were a bit of a mess. I was surprised that none of the shops or booths gave out candy. Not a single one. That was a little disappointing. All in all, the FunSpot is an awesome place to visit, the rides had us all screaming back for more and the kids are already asking to come back to Orlando for...the FunSpot! This arcade has gone down drastically. For over 15 years my kids and I had great pleasure visiting this arcade. Last night an employee cursed me out and tried to fight me. Despite my persistence to speak to a manager there was none available. Another employee tried taking to the aggressive and unprofessional employee about her behavior to the clients but that didn't helped. Instead she kept yelling at the top of her voice and then shouted GET OUT!!! I'm calling security now..!!!!!! I walked out of the building went to the outdoor bar to see if I could get hold of a manager. The unprofessional employee confronted me again speaking to a co-worker and came up in my face. Threatening to call security. A business owner close by assisted me in locating the manager who was off premise. This is not a safe place or environment for...
