Update 11/14/2023 The owner/GM called this morning to rectify the situation. He will use this as a learning situation for his employees. His apologies were sincere and they took full blame for the situation of dropping the ball. They will learn from this experience. Thank you and Best Wishes.
Update 11/10/2023 After an extremely WRONG ORDER, I called and spoke with Joshua. They gave us the wrong food. We do not live close so I didn’t find this out until I was home. So, Joshua put two vouchers in the office for us. On 11/10/23 I stopped to order food and use the vouchers. Joshua was actually there this night. I ordered 2 Mushroom Swiss Burgers , 1 single and 1 double. Rivers took the order. With this taking a while and then using the vouchers I expected great food. Well, Nothing But!! SAD, the Double was NOT A DOUBLE IT HAD 2 slices of cheese NOT EVEN MELTED. Maybe 4/5 mushrooms and in THE DOUBLE BOX!!The single , cheese not melted either. These were NOT cooked to order , let alone checked for accuracy. I called back when I got home and we opened up the “food “ that was AGAIN WRONG. Joshua said that Joe or another GM would be calling Saturday or Monday morning. That this was unacceptable ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS A REMAKE!! I agreed. Whatever happened to Customer Service and TAKING PRIDE IN YOUR JOB. I don’t understand. You have a ticket right in front of you. Make what you are requested to and DO YOUR JOB! If you don’t understand what you are supposed to do, ASK QUESTIONS. Terrible FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE . Not once, BUT TWICE!! Within a few weeks. As of today, Monday afternoon, still no phone call “ to rectify the situation “ as I was told. Thanks for the effort Joshua. But , still nothing. Not what I paid for either time!!
Love, love, love the cheese curds when fresh. Disappointed in the prefabricated "chicken" sandwich. If it were a real piece of chicken, it would have been good. If you're only going to use 1 slice of tomato, then at least use a full size tomato instead of roma tomatoes. Quality of the product, "chicken" , tomato just wasn't impressive. Service was excellent. Read moreAs an lover of fast food, I frequent this Culver’s a lot and always the food has been fresh and good. However this time I order and used a coupon and the charges did not match up at all and I was charged extra by $8.49 even though on the receipt came out to zero. Additionally my butter burger was supposed to have a value basket added to it. Instead the fries and drink were added as separate items costing me extra. Inquisitive about the items on the receipt not adding up if it was a mistake I went in to ask. The young lady at the register was rather stand off-ish and didn’t give me an answer as to why the charges were the way they were. I mentioned that the coupon couldn’t have affected it since it didn’t mention anything about excluding the creation of a value basket nor why I was charged extra with the items not matching up with the total cost. Otherwise the food was good but unfortunately they put both fries upside down in my bag so they were mostly spilled around...
Read moreEdit 10 /20/25 I called the establishment again and a manager Victoria answered the phone. I told her what had happened and she was so nice and instead of just the burger she comped me a whole meal. And it was absolutely delicious Thank you Victoria
I had recently gotten a Culver's deluxe there and It tasted awful and way too greasy. More greasier than normal. And they forgot half the stuff that goes on it. I called the next day and spoke with a manager letting him know The situation and he just completely acted like he didn't care nor did he want to talk to me. I basically had to ask him what we were going to do about this He's like I don't know I said well I'd like some kind of compensation as I spent money in the sandwich was bad. And he's like " all right" sounded like a young guy who hated his job. I will not be returning back to this franchise I will travel to 64 location or the one on University way better...
