Tippi's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I have to say you want authentic NY Pizza come to this place! Best pizza in their serving area. They also deliver, which I prefer to use than Uber eats or door dash. All food quality ingredients.. I've eaten in too. While it might be a small place ( 2 tables and about four high stools. They treat you like your the most important person even if you're just a monthly regular for a couple of slices. I'm a native New Yorker. Hence I am over picking on my Pizza. This has been the best of all the alike establishments I have tried in my 17 years in Florida. Privately owned. Friendly. Even protective of me as once a man came in that wasn't looking to eat, but just kept hounding me for my info and disrespectful flirting with me out of place. The manager step up and made sure to advise him not to bother me. I have a bootcast on my leg and I respect him so much for doing that. I didn't know what this never before seen man was trying to do, besides asking for money. I already had bought him a cheese slice and a soda to be a good Christian. I'm not rich , yet I'm a Christian so if I have a tad extra I don't like to deny food to a hungry person. I later was informed he was just looking for things that I wouldn't participate in and made me feel uncomfortable. The mgr could read me I guess. He been serving me for years. It doesn't matter if I buy a slice and a soda or a huge meal, the staff treats all patrons with equal great service and amazing food. If I ever find the need for catering this would be my first choice if the had an opening , I'm thinking they offer but not sure. Also most reasonable prices. Give them a try , this goes triple for northerners. They have yet to ever disappoint! Keep up the great work.. delivery times are reasonable but if they are a tad longer than others like an hour is longest I ever waited in prime time. Not the norm. Food arrived hot and fresh. I don't know what their secret is but I f I could give ten stars I would. Thank you Tippys. A place that knows how to treat customers and can tell the difference from game players to sincere patrons! Wish I could've put a better review, but people's attitude placing an order over the phone was completely rude, unprofessional, and dreadful. I ordered a large pizza for delivery with a couple of toppings and wanted the pizza well done with extra tomato sauce....is that too much to ask for these days...? Well I got the pizza over an hour later "lukewarm" and there was hardly any tomato sauce, so when I called them back, the same guy argued with me and says because it was well done the pizza sauce dried up. I thought that was the lamest excuse ever because I've had many pizzas' out there well done and they had extra sauce, even dripping from a slice. The rude guy offered to send out two cold containers of tomato sauce to have with my pathetic pizza, but I refused and requested they send out another one.

Got the second pizza over another hour later (almost 3 hours after ordering the 1st one) and handed off the old pizza to the delivery driver. It so happens to be I got extra sauce anyway in a container and on the pizza, but this even more pathetic replacement pizza was soggy, the toppings and cheese slid to one side, like it was not on a level surface and didn't get a chance to rest after coming out of the oven. Also you could tell this pizza was undercooked by the chunks of not fully melted shredded cheese on top of the pizza. I called again and spoke to the same rude guy and he did absolutely nothing but argued again, so that was it for me. Great job Tippy's I had faith in you, but you screwed it completely up and lost another customer. I'll be sure to share my experience with friends and through social media, for your sake please hire more...
