Trailer Birds — Restaurant in Florida

I decided to give this place a try. Sadly, that was a mistake! My order consisted of two three piece tender combos. One with tater tots and one with fries. I went through the tedious process of signing up on their website and was given a coupon code to use as a thank you. The coupon was for 20% off of my order. Total prior to the promo was $27.55. my order after repeatedly trying to get it to take my coupon code or ANY advertised coupon code was still $27.55... I said to hell with it, I've already gone this far and put in this effort... I'll just order.

I arrived at my chosen time. Used the drive thru to announce my arrival and was told to to come to the window. At the window, I waited an additional 8 minutes beyond my chosen arrival time of 715pm. Interestingly enough, it appeared that I was the only customer at the time so this delay was intolerable and unnecessary. I finally received my order and drove the 8 minutes home from the restaurant.

I opened the bag which contained my orders .. this is what I found:

The chicken tenders were dry, disgusting kids meal version tenders that I'd expect to find in a TV dinner or at Denny's on the kids menu.

The fries and tots, besides being cold and very small portioned, were over salted to the point that we threw them away.

In all honesty, I've had better quality and taste from McDonald's and I despise McDonald's.

All in all, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. I'll stay far away and spend my money elsewhere where I'm appreciated, where promos given to me work right, there's value in the portions ordered and food quality is a something which is kept at a high standard. None of these traits are part of the Trailer Birds standards.... Then again, I guess the name really says it all. Perhaps it should be tweaked slightly to indicate on the menu the real deal... Trailer Birds Trashy Tenders and Lousy Sides. That's truth in advertising!!
