I do not need to speak falsely on your employees and given that she is no longer employed at your facility should confirm my stance. My review had nothing to do with my insurance either. It had to do with me not receiving an invoice from your office. Everything you have done for me? You were my primary care physician not my friend. You have never provided me with any free services, free medication nor free advice. We had a business relationship, where I made an appointment to see you and paid for your services. Your public response lacked tact and professionalism. It has actually brought me to tears that you would divulge my name and as you stated āthe many things you have done for meā. I really like Peggy! Weāve been seeing her for about 7 years. She is the only medical professional that we trust; However, thereās always something with the front desk and their level of customer service. My daughter was throwing up all night Friday into Saturday morning. I ended up taking her to an urgent care where she was diagnosed with a stomach bug. Now it appears to be running rampant in the house. I called Qvita requesting a telehealth appointment. At that moment, Brittany informed me that I have an outstanding balance of over $200 and it would need to be paid prior to my requested telehealth appointment. I am literally throwing up while on the phone with her and thereās zero compassion. I asked her when did that balance occur as I was not made aware. I stated that I did not receive an email nor statement in the mail notifying me of a balance. Mind you Iāve done drop ins for MIC shots and was never made aware that I had a balance. She provided no explanation. She stated she does not know much about billing but gave me a number to their billing department. I asked to speak with the office mgr, was told she was OOO and of course Peggy will not see or speak to me without payment. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received and didnāt receive. I became her loyal customer and also got my daughter to go to her and referred her. My last experience has been TERRIBLE. I made an appointment for fillers and botox on Monday. When I made my appointment they already charged $100 for the deposit (NOTE that on their website it says the deposit is $50 and will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours or for no call/no show.) On the Friday prior I was feeling very sick and called them to let them know I was very sick and it would probably be better for me to reschedule so I don't get anyone else sick as well. She told me no problem and we rescheduled for Wednesday at 4:00. On Wednesday I called them at 12:00 asking if there was an appointment at 4:30 available because I was getting out of work a little late and she told me no so I said ok that I am rushing. At 3:00 I was stuck in traffic and my GPS said I was getting there at 4:09. I called them at 3pm and told them I was stuck in traffic and was going to be just 10- 15 minutes late. She told me that was not okay and that I could not go in 10-15 minutes late and that she was going to charge $100 for the deposit for no show. I had two appointments for the same afternoon and due to busy schedule I forgot it since they didn't send me the reminder message or phone call. they call me 15mins after the second appoint to tell me that they cancelled both appointment and I had to pay for the extra fee of missing the appointment. I told them I can come in 10 mins and get my second appointment. They didn't even let me go for the second appointment. they schedule very tight and don't allow enough time for the service to be done. they care more about charging you late fee then really giving your the right service you paid for. the management doesn't even know the office is open or closed and give me false information. booked some service on future weekend but told me they are closed. they lied to me that the same technician is not there so that I can not get the service but then they told me the provider is not there and then last they said the office is closed.
