They offer a free smoothie for a 5-star review, which is how they have such great reviews. What they don’t disclose is that their fruits are UNWASHED- specifically, the raspberries and blueberries, which is used in many of the items sold. I watched them take the fruit directly out of the original store packaging and put it in the bowl/ smoothie. I couldn’t tell with the blueberries, but the raspberries were DISGUSTING. I removed them from my kid’s signature bowl immediately. I went over to ask them if they wash the fruit and they actually admitted THEY DO NOT WASH THE RASPBERRIES OR BLUEBERRIES. EVER. I dumped my “free” smoothie in the trash and will never return to this place. Gross.

UPDATE: In response to the owner’s comment under my review, nice try. Firstly, your fruit is clearly not organic. If it were, it would be marketed as such all over your menu. Regardless, organic or not, fruit should always be washed to remove bacteria, dirt, and pesticide drift even from organic fields.

As for the fake reviews, what you stated is a blatant lie. The worker literally held back my smoothie in his hand until I showed him my phone with a 5-star review BEFORE handing it over to me. He was not going to give me the “free” smoothie until the positive review was posted even though I had not even had a chance to taste the drink.

Fresh, Flavorful, and Always On Point!

3Natives at Wiregrass Mall has become one of my favorite spots to grab a healthy, satisfying meal. I recently had the Hercules hot pressed wrap and wow, it was outstanding!

The chicken breast was juicy, the spinach and purple cabbage were super fresh, and the pico de gallo added the perfect zing. The crunch from the croutons and the creamy Caesar dressing brought it all together. It was made perfectly and tasted amazing.

I’ve also tried their Acai bowls and fresh pressed juices, and they’re just as impressive, clean, vibrant, and energizing. Whether I'm shopping or just passing through the area, I make it a point to stop by. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is consistently fresh. 3Natives Cafe is hands down one of my favorite spots! The PB&A açaí bowl is absolutely delicious, perfectly blended, fresh, and always hits the spot. The tuna melt sandwich is another go-to of mine—flavorful, perfectly toasted, and always made with care. The customer service here is top-notch; the team is friendly, quick, and genuinely makes you feel valued. Rick, the owner, is truly the best, he always goes out of his way to make me feel welcomed every time I come in. You can tell he really cares about his customers and the quality of the experience.
