Happy Community Wednesdays! Stopped in for the first time this morning and my black flag kratom was only $7 yip yip. Very groovy place. Think I'll rest and charge my switch💚💚💚♻️♻️🎄🥰 Ok after coming in for a month and $300 spending later. I love the place but the some vibes I've felt came to light today. I come in on my days off or before I go to work to play my switch or work on my art. And they hate how much space I take up while I'm working in a decent space saying we get busy and people are taking up just as much space as me by themselves. I stick to myself except every now and then respond to conversations I hear hard not to it is a little interrupting lol.... But the silent treatment you can feel the negative vibes. And sometimes I get tired and nod off and damn are they big on waking you up. When this kind of place is designed to help you with a little nap if you need it but they treat you like it's so wrong. Today I buy my drinks but was treated like I don't buy anything. And at least in a kind of polite way but very rude they made me leave and when I questioned them about it they just said I made them uncomfortable. And when I said I paid for my drinks they rudely told me.....Do you... basically I'm just new and they don't know me and just wanted my table. So 2 stars for the kind of awesome place. But they need a harsh friendly review it's not me it's them and there are plenty of places to go and I will never be back nor do I even want to. Because I felt to disrespected. They at least were friendly about it sort of but was still so rude. Time to just take my money elsewhere. I don't even want or need to come by back. I mean omg they treated me like I don't have a...

Long Review: I moved to this area a few months ago. I've been in search of a Kava bar to hang out in once a week. I work from home, so I've been venturing out of my comfort zone to see what this area has to offer.
The decor is beautiful, the seats are comfortable, and the coffee was great. I ordered a cappuccino w/ no sugar, but I still got the sugar. For someone who tries to live a low sugar life, I was initially impressed with it lol Everyone knew one another in there, so I felt like the odd ball out.
As I continued working, it took a dark turn. The same group was having a loud conversation with the bartender at the other end. I honestly didn't mind it, until they started talking about pronouns, trans in sports, ignorant comments, etc. It was more than enough to make me feel targeted so I removed myself from those vibes. It's a shame because they were playing FKJ and the music was they had on was great.
As I paid, the bartender asked how it went. I let the bartender know my partner was non-binary and that the conversation was the reason I was leaving, but that the coffee and muffin was good. I just wanted to work outside of my home w/o the negativity of the world.
That being said, I'm on to...
Read moreI use to love going here and since my daughter started walking was when I started going. I would bring her and no one ever seemed to have an issue, other people brought their kids. It used to be a very family friendly environment. If you have kids younger than the age they can be “quiet” and not run around do not bring them here. Go on your own time. I sadly was told when I went last that the owner no longer wants kids there because it disturbs other people. First off, anyone I’ve met there i always let them know if we are disturbing them to let me know and my toddler and I would gladly move. Never had an issue. The reviews all say family friendly so I just want to warn people, the owner no longer wants it to be family friendly but more of an alcohol...
