My response to the owner's reply: Focusing on the location of where the order was picked up completely misses the point of my bad review. Absolutely none of the kids who work here even said hello to me. Is a greeting or bare minimum service part of the "procedures" you teach them? They each took turns glancing at me waiting at the glass by the front door, I locked eyes with each of them and they quickly moved on to another task before I could start a conversation - and eventually when I was finally acknowledged and later handed the order that was sitting there for a long time, some of them actually giggled. The disrespect was palpable and if I wasn't already in a hurry, the poor experience with the taunting on top of it would have warranted a speak with the manager while I was there. But again, it didn't look like any of them were in any position to accommodate or service customers. If you look at the date and time of my review, you will know the staff working there at that time. No one asked me what I was waiting for, they purposely ignored me it seems, and they laughed when they realized I was waiting for an order they had ready all along. It is clear I will have to be rude and talk over other people, or God forbid actually snap my fingers at them, next time I come here if I actually want to be assisted. What kind of hiring manager is working here to have hired people who act like, frankly, brats.

Read moreI can't keep quiet any longer. I love Tropical Smoothie and it's conveniently located next to my work so I find myself there often. Because I love the smoothies and food so much, I keep going back to this location even after mess up after mess up. This is the 5th time in a row that there was an issue with my order. I stood there for 20 minutes watching everyone that ordered after me being served while my food was still not done. I went back to the register to ask about it and nobody had a clue. They then handed me a bag which I hoped was mine and it turned out to be the right food but not made correctly as I had ordered it. The time before that I was given a smoothie that was sour and tasted rotten. The time before that I was given the wrong order, told them my order again, waited another 10 minutes and the guy at the window STILL tried to hand the wrong order he tried giving me the first time. The time before that I asked for no tomato and a little extra chipotle sauce on my flatbread. I get home and open it up to tomato on it and there was so much sauce, the bread was falling apart and it was too disgusting to take more than a bite of. The time before that I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes when there was only one car ahead of me. I've wasted too much time and money at this location. Read moreI LOVE tropical smoothie! Peachland location has the BEST crew there is! I go at least 4 to 5 times a week. I am always greeted with a smile, and promptly taken care of! If there is ever an issue it is resolved immediately without any attitude at all! Thank you all for the great experience!!!!
Unfortunately I need to update my previous review. In the past few months the location has gone downhill. I go a minimum of 3x a week for breakfast and a smoothie.. spending roughly $120 before tip a month. I usually get the same thing and staff knows me well.. I will not be frequenting this location anymore as my breakfast wraps are rarely cooked and egg still frozen inside with cold cheese unmelted. Despite asking for extra toasted to ensure it doesn't come out that way.smoothies have been watery and tasteless. It breaks my heart to write this and It has been brought to attention several times. Management tries to fix the problems, but constant new staff seems to be an issue. I will miss my morning stop,but will not waste anymore...
