Encountering at this place with an aggressive manager who displays a dangerous demeanor towards customers was an unfortunate experience that demands attention. Stay far away from this place!!!! I would give zero starts I would.I just came here it’s 1pm the open at noon. We’re told no chicken is available so we ordered 2 rib dinners and 2 drinks totaling $50. After about 10 minutes and another 2 customers ordered they cashier tells us it’s going to take an hour for our food!!!! We’re hungry now! So we ask for a refund, he gets on the phone with the owner(who shouldn’t own a lemonade stand) who tells him to take our phone number and he will be in later to call us for our refund!!!! At this point it’s ridiculous how are you gonna open a business and not have anything ready and your employees not have privileges to refund customers???? So the cashier calls the owner back so I can speak to him this man told me basically to deal with it and if I want a refund to wait in he gets there at least an hour or call the police. Great customer service let’s start by saying it’s an amazing family owned business their prices and menu is affordable and reasonable I order the Wally rib dinner plate comes with 3 pieces or ribs with the tip and 2 sides for $20 the sides are optional i choose Mac and cheese with collard greens and a extra side of candied yams for $4.99 each side that’s not included with the meal is $4.99 a piece the portions they give you is worth it we came at night an hour before they’re closed the food was fresh and served fast. The restaurant it self was well maintained and cleaned my food alone was only 24.99.
