Starbucks — Restaurant in San Carlos Park

The store was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and “inviting” atmosphere. The baristas were friendly and attentive, taking the time to make sure my order was just as I wanted it.

I ordered a latte and was impressed with the quality of the coffee. The espresso was rich and bold, and the steamed milk was perfectly frothed. It was served hot and tasted delicious. I also appreciated that the barista asked if I felt ok, and I really did! 🤭🤗

In addition to the coffee, I also tried one of their pastries and it was fresh and delicious. The store had a wide variety of food options to choose from, including sandwiches, salads and pastries.

This Starbucks also had free Wi-Fi (I’m not 100% sure, it could have been the Wi-Fi from another store) and comfortable seating, making it a great spot to work or relax. Overall, I had a great experience at this Starbucks location and would definitely return for another coffee in the future if they added a little more seats outside of...

The wait wasn't worth the Grande Hot Chocolate drink and Grande half-caff latte. Although, I will admit the latte tasted fine. As for the Hot Chocolate drink, I asked for a Hot Chocolate with 2% milk and whip cream, but the maker of my drink decided to add chocolate syrup!

Who in the world puts chocolate syrup in a hot chocolate drink, especially when it's not ordered or asked for? I could see putting marshmallows in a hot chocolate drink, but Hersheys chocolate syrup!? I didn't even know they put it in the cup. My wife watched the maker of the hot chocolate drink put the syrup in and she told me as we were walking along the sidewalk at Miramar Outlet. I was wondering why the drink tasted odd. I didn't go back because I had already waited about 20 minutes for the drink and didn't feel like waiting.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is the half-caff latte, which was prepared the way I ordered it.

this is the worst starbucks i have ever been to. i waited over half an hour after i ordered and they still hadn’t made my drink! when i went to the barista and said this he said when i find it on the list i will make it. they made drinks out of order so people who ordered way after me got theirs first. to add to this frustration a worker was doing inventory while the place was PACKED and the store was extremely unkept with overflowing garbage cans, tables with used cups, straws, napkins, and old food. the people making the drinks seemed like they had no idea what they were doing.. i talked to a lady who was also waiting and she had been waiting for over an hour for her drink while other people who ordered after her were served first. after hearing this i asked for a refund. they gave it to me but overall this was the worst experience i’ve had in customer service not just at starbucks, but...
