I ordered iced coffee with caramel drizzle which I paid extra for but when I got the coffee it didn’t have. I nicely asked for the caramel drizzle and the girl that did it was extremely rude, got defensive and raised her voice saying that she had put the drizzle but it was at the bottom. My friends iced coffee also had almost zero cold foam and when approached in a nicely manner and asked for more cold foam to be put (which has never been an issue before) she was extremely rude off the bat, defensive and said that she had put cold foam even though we didn’t say that it didn’t have cold foam. I explained that it did have but almost nothing and I just wanted a bit more. In a rude tone and with her tone raising, she said we had to pay extra for it. The other lady next to her said in spanish “Hoy los clientes están…” insinuating that clients were annoying which is extremely unprofessional infront of other clients…. NEVER coming back here. Read moreI approach the hot sandwiches display, as I’m reaching in for my selection an employee removes the sandwich I was about to grab along with 2 other items. When I ask, the manager Christian states sir those are expired and below our standards. I relayed I was pressed with time. This is a convenience style brick and mortar store. Convenience is removed when fresh sandwiches and other hot items aren’t being replaced upon removing hot items based off standards. I walked out and the entire time saw nothing but loud comedic cackles from him towards his employees with a clear expressive body language while arms flailed into the air. I called and spoke with him. I relayed my issue was the fact that they did not plan ahead. He stated He won’t stand for a customer to tell him how to do his job. So I walked back inside and expressed my discontent with such a statement after me being a customer simply pointed out what would satisfy me in the future. I understand dealing with the public is challenging but taking it out on your clientele is Not the way. Instead plan ahead before wiping out a category deemed for exactly what a customer is seeking. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and fresh. And you can’t beat their prices. Also if you get the WaWa app. You start racking up points.
