Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

I don't know what happened to this place but the hag that was taking my order... of a chicken sandwich..... couldn't understand that i was just ordering a sandwich. She insisted on asking me "single, double or triple?" for a chicken sandwich?? What's worse, she yelled at me when I asked her "what?? Are they serving double and triple chicken sandwiches????? This place has gone so down hill, I'll never eat here again! Neither should you. Hood service.

0:40 on fri nite. even with really bad customer service... my dollar menu chicken was good.

AGAIN... KUDOS to the manager. I rarely eat fast food.... and yet again I got the bacon chicken sandwich.... it was delicious. Hot, spicy, I DID get my extra lettuce, and hit the spot juicy chicken, and lastly, service was great. I'm just gonna stop here any time i crave fast food chick sandwich....or whatever.... and not that awful Wendy's by my house.

Kudos to whoever runs this place. I have ALWAYS been disappointed by Wendy's food...but needed to eat and stopped for a bacon chicken sandwich. I asked for Xtra lettuce....cause that's how I like my fast food. This is the 2nd time in 20 years where my fast food resembled its promise (the other was at an obscure town in CO). My sandwich was moist, spicy, with a giant leaf of romaine lettuce and crispy bacon. It really was perfect. Can't find the receipt to credit the team... but it was very good for fast food. Unfortunately I went back on Friday night and ...the experience was the exact opposite. The greeting at the drive thru was "yeah go ahead"....as if i was a burden.......

I called in at 10:06 AM to let them know that I would be in at 6:00 PM to order 300 Chicken Nuggets. They informed me that they would call me back. I called again at 12:10 PM because I had yet to confirm my order, the women I spoke to on the phone that they would call me back around 2:00 PM. At 1:42 PM they did fulfill this promise as they call me to confirm that they WOULD in fact have all 300 of MY NUGGETS ready for me when I would come in at 6:00 PM as I had originally promised in my 10:06 AM phone call. When I arrived at this JOKE of an establishment, I was RUDELY informed that my COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE ORDER had been passed over and given the cold shoulder, because they so ARROGANTLY believed that my BUSINESS was a JOKE! After giving 8 HOURS NOTICE, I was FORCED to wait 30 AGONIZING MINUTES to receive MY 300 NUGGETS OF CHICKEN. The COMPLETE DISREGARD for my LOVING PATRONAGE of their TRASH HEAP OF A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT was simply as disgusting as the thought of the IRISH POTATO FAMINE, where the cries of the Irish people for food aid from the English government were DENIED because they were viewed as a JOKE! Wendy's Founder DAVE THOMAS would not STAND for GREAT INJUSTICE to the CUSTOMERS that are the SOLE REASON that the GREASY BURGER SHACK is even able to operate. This spitting in the face of the CUSTOMER is TRULY an example of the DEGRADATION OF AMERICAN SOCIETY. WE THE PEOPLE are heading down a DARK road if this is the "SERVICE" that we will accept. To start off, full disclosure, I'm a big Wendy's fan. I grew up favoring their food over the other fast food chains because the quality felt better to me. Heck I literally have a signed 8 1/2 x 11in photo of Dave Thomas in the house. For whatever reason this location seems to struggle with finding quality workers. I always get my entire meal eventually but it always takes a few returns. If they incorporated the self ordering stands like Mc. Donalds across the street I think it'd help out greatly. Aside from that when I actually get the food it's usually pretty good. The restaurant itself is nice in terms of having the "modern" look but (another strike to the employees) it seems they have trouble keeping up with the dining area. Had all the trash cans full, dirty tables, dirty floors, and just overall neglected look to it. If you favor Wendys flavors you can make it work here but just don't expect a fluid clean transaction and clean...
