Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

Tried ordering breakfast items on the site which they weren’t there and I even called several times on the drive over there because the site wouldn’t allow an order no answer whatsoever even after ringing 10 times or more. Got there at 10:33 and was basically told they didn’t care and were completely unable to make ANY breakfast items even after 10:30 even though it was 3 mins past. Then the manager seemingly cut off another employee and gave me an attitude after I asked I understood and I could just wait if it was acceptable, I explained about the website not allowing it 20 mins prior when I was at home and not wanting to rush going there because I wanted to out an order in prior to the 10:30. ZERO customer service. I can’t even rate the food because it was never given to me after literally getting there at 10:33. Min of 30 mins of my day wasted driving there and back with nothing to show for it. Poor customer service!!! It’s no wonder the locations are closing around the country with this...

I went here last night (3/2/25) and got a panko fish sandwich and a baconator. They told me the fish sandwich would need 4 minutes to be made fresh, ok cool. I pull forward and end up waiting like 15 minutes before I end up just reversing back to the empty window. When someone came to the window I was given my food that had already been bagged and ready... Oh well not a huge deal. What WAS a problem however was the 2 sandwiches! The panko fish was left frying way too long and was burned and tough on the outside. The baconator is easy to get right, but mine was piss poor. The bread was stale, the beef was not cooked fresh and was dried out and had 0% juiciness. There was only a skimpy amount of bacon on it too! I get baconators all the time at other Wendy's, and this is the worst one I've ever had. If they don't plan on making me whole again in this matter, then me and mine will be avoiding this location like the plague; and telling everyone who will listen that this is the worst...

I don't know how this place gets 4 stars. I have never had a more disgusting burger. One side of the bun was hard as a rock and when I bit into the softer side a sour odor and taste came out of it. So gross. The fries were dry and chewy. Several of the employees were shouting at each other ( it didn't seem like an argument but more of their normal conversational volume) had to raise my volume to near shouting to be heard by the person standing in front of me taking my order. Wanted to do the Wendy's survey but the receipt came out unreadable bc the ink needed changed. I could barely see the the time stamp and it was incorrect. Also, after running my credit card and getting my food and drinks the cashier then tells me that my card didn't go through. I heard it beep when I scanned it and she didn't tell me then. Weird. Guess I need to check my bank account. Anyway, that's the last time I eat at ANY Wendy's much less this one. It's been going down hill for...
