Really horrid management has taken over in the last two months. I’ve been coming to this location for over two years and it’s just really become a ghetto version of its former self. First off now the Frosty is shut down by 1:30am every night and they’ll try to tell you they are out, but tonight I confronted the GM and he admitted they are cleaning it. Also tonight I’ve never seen a Wendy’s be completely out of basically everything. I asked about this Ghetto Sign and was told if I asked again about it there would be less to order in an almost threatening manner. I asked to speak to the GM as this place has just become extremely unprofessional and not somewhere I want to eat any longer to see what has happened and was met with nothing but excuses and rudeness from the girl also on the line who thought all of this and my wasted time was funny. Weird how the other manager always took care of everyone and served Frosties actually til Close? What a shock. I’ll without a doubt be calling corporate tomorrow. Been a Wendy’s customer my whole life, this place is THE WORST IN SO MANY WAYS. I’ve been sick here, and now this poor ordering, poor customer service and basically lying to your guests. As a former manager this is absolutely Not a Hospitable Place in any way. Wish I could give Zero Stars. Read moreFirst of all let me just say never in my 16 years of living have I experienced something like this, I was ordering my food, All I got was a Parmesan Caesar salad, a chicken sandwich the small one not the big one a six piece chicken nugget as well but when she rung me out or told me how much my total was it was 13.49 , but there was a biggie bag on the screen and I didn’t order a biggie bag. I ordered the three things I wanted and she goes ma’am you ordered a biggie bag and I was like no ma’am I’m telling you right now. I did not order a biggie bag and she was like just pull up to the window and I was like no it’s not 13.49 because I didn’t order no damn six dollar biggie bag and the girl she was being very rude, she had an attitude, and everything. Ma’am, it was your choice working fast food, so don’t ruin my day because your day is ruined. I was being very nice I said yes please I said correctly which one I wanted and all I said was that there was a biggie bag on my screen and are you gonna charge me for it and she goes ma’am you need to pull up to the front like no girl I was not paying for the bigge bag so never in my 16 years of living has that happened. Read moreThe manager needs to not be scared of customers when an issue happens. I waited in the lobby for over 20 min to find out that they ran out of chocolate frosty. I had to address the entire staff loudly and stated “ Hey is there a manager around that can explain to me why I’m waiting this long.
The entire staff just looked at me and did nothing. I asked several times for a manager and no one appeared. They sent some new person that was not sure what to do which apparently showed very poor training. Do not even know how to reverse a transaction that happened 10 minutes prior that they had to cash out till and still short changed me. This is the worse I have ever had from Wendy’s. There was no structure or any responsibility taken. There was 1 person just standing there with his arms folded doing nothing . I hope they review the camera footage on this entire fiasco. Time stamp is from 8:30- 9:10pm.
