On December 6, 2023 my grandpa and I went to Wendy’s to get some food. We had got to Dave doubles with a large chocolate Frosty a kids meal with a small chocolate Frosty then I had ordered a small cheeseburger with a four piece chicken nuggets, and a peppermint Frosty .So, when we get home I literally am about to take a bite of my burger, but then I realize like why is it so light ? So I opened it which I never really do and there was no meat or cheese inside my cheeseburger. There literally was just two with ketchup and onions on it. I am already like hangry because I just got off my 9 to 5 job and so I called the store and spoke to the manger who was a lady of hispanic ancestry . She asked me why I had ordered and then I told her and she pulled up the receipt on her end and then she ties to tell me the lady that I was sitting next to put me on your burger and I’m like that’s not possible because there’s literally no meat on my burger. So she just starts catching an attitude with me and I’m just like I want your supervisors number and she says no. Also, it’s like the fact that I literally checked the bag that had my food in it for a piece of meat because I’m just flabbergasted at the fact that someone couldn’t even make an actual cheeseburger and they work at Wendy’s . It’s really a shame that I have to say McDonald’s does a better job at customer service when it comes to people messing up food orders .Instead of her being like just come back and we can give you another burger or we can give you a credit because times are tough like things are not cheap anymore. Plus they don’t even have the four for four anymore . So now I am literally waiting for a call from the district manager to share my experience because I don’t think it’s acceptable that a manager has a type of personality when it comes to customers. I worked in the food service industry for about eight years before my current job now and the customer is always right. It doesn’t matter what happened the customer is always right is why I’m always told and that stays true for...
Read moreThe Wendy's establishment at this location should reassess its staff due to instances of theft. I placed an order for a single Cobb salad through the drive-through. Upon reaching the window, I handed a $20 bill to the cashier, who informed me that my total was $18.60 after I handed the $20 bill and that my change would be $1.40, stating it was for two salads. I clarified that I had only ordered one salad for a single person. The cashier insisted on the charge for two salads and refused a refund.
Despite not receiving any food and still being at the window, I requested the cashier's name to report the incident to corporate. Instead of cooperation, the cashier displayed a dismissive attitude and rolled her eyes, prompting me to ask for a manager. The manager echoed the cashier's stance, denying refunds. However, after mentioning reporting the incident, the manager reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of $9.30, although I argued it should be $10.70.
Notably, the cashier failed to return the $1.40 from my $20 bill. The entire experience reflects appalling customer service, and I have no intention of returning to this Wendy's. In my opinion, this particular Wendy's location warrants serious consideration for closure due to such...

Went in the drive through, waited nearly 15 minutes for my food in line with 3 cars in front of me. When I finally got the window, the Spanish lady took my card and when she came back to the window, asked me what my order was. If she already charged my card, how did she not know? I asked her for a receipt because of this, which she said she couldn’t provide because the machine was “broken.”
Got home, and found out they charged me $15.92 when my order should’ve been around $12.
I drove back and went inside. Waited again 15 minutes with 1 customer (yes, 1 customer in front of me). I saw the receipt machine working. I explained to her how I got charged the incorrect amount, then she rushed me along trying give to me $3 cash. I told her the fact that she KNOWINGLY rang me up for the wrong order is a problem, along with lying about the receipt maker. She got defensive and raised her voice until I finally walked away, with no plausible reason as to why she rang me up incorrectly and then lied about it.
What a disgrace. It’s not even about the $3. It’s the principle of it. Will be reporting...
