Worst Wendy's I've EVER been to! Waited 15 minutes for an online order for all the food to be very old n cold,nuggets old n very rubbery. Very dried out cold old hamburger patties, chili barley warm n watered down..asked for no ketchup but still was on it,was very noticeable it was put on n half way wiped off. Fries cold and old, half were so hard, hollow inside while others were limp- underdone n room temp. Someone's more concerned about a bonus check there then their customers getting sick. These places all seem to forget people have hundreds of options on where to grab a quick bite before work,and of all places, your place is where they chose, yet you serve em garbage! This wasn't your normal fast food run where there's a minor thing wrong,which it's not a big deal, this was more then wrong in every way possible. We work too hard for our money to be wasted and have to work our 11+ hour shift starving because of someone's laziness n greed. Unreal n pathetic! Normally, I cook at home, but while outta town for work only option is to eat out on those days. I as well work in the food industry as one of my jobs for most my life, this is not acceptable at all, no matter what time of day it is, N simply no matter what. Back to the 15 minute wait, there was no one else there ordering, no excuse for the long wait for food that was obviously very Many hours old. Hate having to complain but this was very upsetting esp because the outta town Job I was working at doesn't have food n places are too far to get to during short breaks,had no time to stop elsewhere after sitting in their parking lot shocked and mad at what we recieved,nor time to ask for it to all be remade, nor would I want whomever made it to make it again. Also for the area this establishment is in, they should be ashamed of the food they serve. Step your game up, and then you will get a better bonus instead of relying on a bonus you get from less food waste. You represent Wendy's, stand by what their standards are,which is opposite of what you are doing. You'd be angry too if this was to happen to you,why do it to others. Read moreWow...nevermind that they forgot our drinks, straws, and one of our sandwiches, got two of the other items wrong, and all this after we waited a good 15 minutes in the drive-thru. The real issue and the reason for my 1 star rating was the young Man working the late night drive-thru, I'm not sure why anyone would let him deal with customers, but they should certainly reconsider. He never greeted us, whatever, I greeted him and tried to show kindness and respect, I asked him how his night was going and he said "fine" and walked away, no problem! He came back and handed us a bag and told us we were all set, he left our drinks sitting inside on the counter, I politely asked if we could have them, he hands them to me and goes to walk away, my wife realizes that we are missing our sons sandwich, he comes back over and start mumbling about how that's what we ordered, I tried several times to calmly explain what we we're missing, after a couple minutes I said, "I don't think you understand what I'm trying to say, could one of the other folks help us? He proceeds with his attitude and walks away ranting about me. I thought he was on drugs honestly. After the other gentleman helps me out, the guy makes some obscene gesture to me and looks back and grins at me. I call him back to the windows and ask him what he just gestured at me, he gives me some line and I ask the other employees for this guys name and his regional managers number, now he's really getting upset, a manager comes out to speak to me and as I'm explaining what happened, he charges back towards the window and starts mouthing off to me, right in front of his manager, who for her credit seemed suitably mortified. It cost a business zero dollars to give good (or at least normal) customer service, but it makes all the difference. Read moreJust went through the drive-thru and spent $27. When I got my drinks, they were dripping. So, I asked for a few napkins to wipe them. The employee ( a young lady with glasses,) told me that I would have to wait to get napkins when she gives me my order. I then explained that my drinks were dripping and I didn't want my kid's getting the car all sticky. She gave me a dirty look and then handed me a couple of napkins. When I got my food, the kids told me that their fries were cold. I then checked them and not only were they cold, but they were dark brown. When I called back the first time no one answered. When I called back the second time a young guy answered and people were laughing in the back ground. He then said, " Welcome to Wendy's, how may I take your order?" The other employee's thought that was hilarious. I asked for a manager, I was ignored. I then asked for the young man's name and he ignored me. Another 10 seconds went by and then he hangup on me. I will not go to other restaurants from now on. This is what you get when you give children the run of the restaurant I suppose. I will also be submitting my experience and order number...
