Wendys location #13763 Ticket #3257 Time on Receipt 7:47 pm
We paid, got our drinks, then pulled to the side to wait on the order (we were the 3rd vehicle waiting at the same time). Approximately 8:00 pm a young lady brought an order to us, without our Medium Frys and Ghost Pepper Frys. I guestioned if it was the correct burgers, a Single Cheese and a Pretzel Bacon Pub Double, she said yes and went to get our fries. The wife starting checking the burgers and questioned the bun, not realizing I had ordered the Pretzel. About that time the lady returned to get the order back saying it was wrong, and she thought it belonged to someone else, not us. She then took it to another vehicle, then either back inside or to the third vehicle. I wasn't watching, wish I had been. Did the second and possibly third vehicle handle and or partially unwrap the food as we did? Then a young man brought us an order, while he apologized for our trouble, I looked in the bag, and it was still missing the fries (not sure if it was the same bag or not). I gave the bag and our receipt to him. I told him this was not correct as it was missing our fries. Afterthought, should I have asked for a refund and gone somewhere else that doesn't pass the same food from one to another till they find someone to take it, right or wrong, and one that would handle cases like this entirely differently? Second afterthought, are we going to get sick after eating this, considering all the above. He went back inside and returned later with the order. I asked about my receipt, he said it should be in the bag, it was not. As he was returning to the building, asking about it on the 2 way headset, I asked him to bring us some ketchup. He returned again with a bag containing the receipt and some ketchup, which was swiftly handed to me. I didn't understand what he said while he was giving me the bag, turning and swiftly walking away. I sensed flustration on his part, or maybe in a hurry or was it just a smart remark. All of this took approximately 22 minutes. We used the drive-thru as we had planned on doing and then eat in the parking lot, so we did. I pulled two packs of ketchup from the bag, they were so sticky, I put them back and had to wash my hands before eating. Our food was barley warm, not hot as you would expect if it had just been prepared. That again makes me believe this was the original burgers and who knows where the fries had been. We are totallllllllly disgusted with this whole experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! While we were waiting and later eating, I observed the line and it was always moving very slowly. I think only two or three vehicles completed the drive-thru as we waited, and one left very fast. I wonder if they got food or their money back????? We will have to think long and hard about returning to Wendy's and especially this location ever again. My wife said the burger she got from there a week or two earlier was the best Wendy's she had ever eaten. I wasn't with her on that trip, but had been twice before and all was acceptable. Previous trips were all during the day. Such a shame that a new location, in a thriving area, has took a 180 degree on customer...
Read moreThis Wendyâs is AWFUL! We went in to dine in after our movie this evening and had the worst treatment Iâve ever seen. The girl who took our order didnât even acknowledge us when we came in and when we started ordering she rolled her eyes. While we were sitting and waiting for our food she was at the counter arguing with her manager about getting our food trays ready. She then brought our food to the table and stated that we would be waiting on fries. She brought all but one order and stated that we were still waiting on one more then rolled her eyes and walked away. After most of us had eaten we still didnât receive our last fry so son went to the counter to ask for it and she rudely stated â I knowâ and gave him one. While another employee laughed about it. As we were throwing our garbage away she was heard talking negatively about my son in which my daughter replied âyou need better customer serviceâ the girl started arguing with her and another male employee started saying how he was going to beat my sons a. As we were leaving and walking to our cars the girl came out of the back of the store and said âbye b**â so we went back in to talk to the manager who yes did apologize but never did anything to the girl. She sent another employee home for saying a cuss word but did nothing to fix the situation with the girl. Now I am not blaming the manger because she very obviously had her hands full but I felt like if anyone shouldâve been sent home itâs the girl who was rude and instigating a fight the entire time...

LISTEN HERE, CHILDREN. Mama D rolled up to Wendyâs with my grandbabiesâDuck (who acts like heâs been through the wars but canât fight off a fry) and Phillip (tall, sneaky, and always tryna steal extra ketchup packets).
I asked who made my burger, and they said, âThatâs Jevonte, but round here we call him Ksoo.â
I said, âKsoo? Baby, that sound like the name of a rapper who only spits beef and cheddar.â
Well, when Ksoo came out, he looked like he could bench press a whole cow and still smile through the grease. Big boy with a heart bigger than his waistlineâhe made that burger like he was painting the Mona Lisa with patties and cheese.
I took a bite and almost dropped my wig. I said, âKsoo, you put some kinda spell on this burger? I swear this meat got me feelinâ like Iâm sittinâ on a throne.â
Duck started droolinâ and said, âGranny, this ainât just a burger, itâs a flavor concert in my mouth!â Phillip tried to sneak an extra fry but got caught mid-missionâMama D donât play.
5 STARS for Ksoo. One for the meat so juicy it should come with a bib. One for that cheese melted like it was gossip on a hot summer day. One for Ksooâs smile that could cure Monday blues. One for makinâ my grandbabies forget about their phones (for like two minutes). And one because Mama Dâs still talkinâ âbout that burger like itâs family reunion drama.
â Mama D (burger blessed and forever a fan of Ksooâs...
