Manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional
Walked in to pick up a mobile order at this location. The only person tending to the front counter was the manager Miguel Reyes. After 5 minutes of waiting to let him know I was picking up a mobile order he stands behind the register and as I tell him he puts his hand up signaling me to stop and says âyou have to waitâ. I was taken back and immediately told him that was incredibly rude and he shouldnât speak to me or any customer in that tone. I told him I was just trying to pick up my food to which he replied âthatâs what I thoughtâ. After finally being able to let him know the order name he walked away and I had to call him back since I had another order to place. I was going to use a coupon code from the wendys app and it wasnât going through I asked him what could be done and he said âI donât know thatâs on the app people not meâ . I ended up not purchasing the other items as a result. As I was incredibly upset I said âthank you for nothingâ he replied with âyouâre welcome for nothingâ. Manager Miguel Reyes was going out of his way from the moment he addressed me to be unpleasant and rude. I would NOT recommend this wendys in regards to customer service. The staff is mostly pleasant with the exception of rude manager Reyes. Before leaving I asked for his name and let him know how rude and unprofessional he was. The only thing he had to say was âyou were rude tooâ. I leave the store and as Im driving out he was in front of the store smoking by the drive through window.    Read moreafter my card was declined ( sure of having money in the acct.) i asked the girl Jasmine to try again . declined again. in fact my credit card and my bank card were declined . i said " this has to be wrong. so off i went to the bank to check my acct. . the card was good. money in the bank. i went back to the restaurant to inform them there might be an error in the computer. when the manager came and offered assistance . this time i paid in cash. but i told her i was a little embarrassing having to leave my food ( A 32 dollar order) and go to the bank. she made no attempt to apologize. immediately after sitting to have our meal jasmine came over near to our table and started starring very angrily at me . all the while acting like she was wiping the table across from us. my daughter got nervous thinking she was very mad at us. it made eating there very uncomfortable. and they got the order wrong but we just took it that way thinking they might...
   Read moreUnfortunately this Wendy's went downhill (before this location was always excellent). But now they constantly have a problem with their "systems are down". I don't eat Wendy's often but how often does this happen that when I come to this location I am not able to order at all due to this. On top of that there's an employee there (I believe may be a general manager because he has a gray shirt but takes orders in the drive thru) and he's not only rude but have a negative demeanor. Right in front of us he tells an employee to kick everyone out of the dining area (mind you this was around only 6pm) and if anyone comes to the door to say in his words "go away".
