Pulled up to service window and asked if I could place a 50 dollar order, AS A JOKE. I then ordered one large chocolate frosty. When I pull up to the window I am I accused of trying to pass off a fake 50 dollar bill for a 3 dollar item. (I had a 5 dollar bill the entire time). Even if I was to purchase an item with a 50 dollar bill it should be posted that you don't accept large bills either at a certain time or in general. I was accused of trying to commit a felony when it was never mentioned that I Had a 50 dollar bill. I States at the menu box that I was just kidding. I never received an apology. I was given a small frosty and then had to correct that I was charged and asked for a large frosty. Manager on duty decided to just walk away after I told him I just got a 5 dollar bill and that I joked about a 50 dollar order and immediately ordered one large frosty. When I called the store; the person who answered the phone at 9:51decided to talk to me and then hung up the phone once I briefly told them what it was about. I drove back thru the drive thru to receive the receipt I never got. When I asked who the manager was I was told they don't know his name and that it was their first day. As a precious fast food manager I can attest to the fact that people who behave this poorly are the sole reason for declining sales. I will not be coming back to this location ever again. This place was long awaited and is very WELCOME IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!!! My wife said her Chicken Apple Pecan salad (I'm not sure what the official name is) was the best one she's had in the entire state of Florida!!
Well here we were in March of 2022 and this location might as well close now and save the owner from being forced out of business. The service is TERRIBLE!! I went last week as well as today and it's an unorganized mess. Today the man that made my food also was waiting the front counter area. You can only order at the kiosk, go through the drive thru or use the Wendy's Mobile App. I ordered a Dave's single add mustard (this blew the guys mind that I wanted mustard on a cheeseburger) as I stood there for almost 20 minutes. I got a large fry and it was absolutely horrible. My large chili was cold and I had to microwave it before I ate it. This is my last trip to this Wendys and it's very disappointing to say the least because the area I live in is very busy and has limited choices for fast food!! Zero stars for the manager!! Last week I was there and the employees were swearing back and forth in the grill area and I mentioned it to the manager and she made it clear that it would not be addressed!! Read moreIt's always a terrible experience when we visit this Wendy's. They are not customer service oriented at all. But today has taken the cake. I visited this location on Wednesday evening, and ordered a 50 Count Nugget. After paying they said it would be a few minutes to please pull up to wait so I did. They eventually brought out my order and I left. The next day I realized my card was missing and Wendy's was the last place I used it, so I called to speak with the manager to recover my card. She explained that she would need to call me back because she has so many cards to go through. She then said many customers leave cards behind. I explained that I was sitting there for 10 minutes, why didn't the cashier bring me my card as I was waiting for my order? I asked if she could tell me how long until I heard back because our family is leaving town and I needed my card prior to leaving. She said probably a few hours I kindly asked if she could just check real quick since it was imperative that I get it before leaving town and she said sorry ma'am but I've got to go and hung up on me. Seriously? This was extremely unprofessional and rude. You have a paying customer requesting an item that your cashier forgot to give back. I just want my credit card back, I understand things happen but that's no excuse to treat a customer this way.
