Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

I give this Wendy's team one of the best in the country. My wife and I have been all over the United States and never in our lives has a Wendy's team been this damn good. You as an American when you go to any fast food restaurants that your going to expect one of two things. 1. Fast service but the food is either sloppy or not right or 2. Slow service but decent food. No ladies and gents joys and girls. This Wendy's team knows what it's all about. We walked in to a very welcoming environment everyone was smiling and polite. We then order our food and before the cashier cold give us our change I look over and our food is all sitting there. I thought it was someone else's food so I step aside to let others give there orders and a team member says that your food sir. I was like wait what there is no way that is my food. And the team member assured me it was ours. And then I thought oh no there going to be something wrong with our order some way some how I just knew there would be something wrong. No not the case with this super Wendy's team. Everything was right everything was cooked to perfection including the fries and the burger patties. There service was flawless to put it mildly. This Wendy's team should be the example for every Wendy's...

The worse Wendy’s I have ever been to. The food was fine and edible, so it gets 3 stars but the service was a definite 0 stars. They were under staffed which I understand slows down business, however they made a mistake on every single in house order. The people who ordered ahead of me kept needing to go up to the counter to note a missing or wrong item. They didn’t even start your order unless you hovered by the counter. The cashier was also making it very obvious he did not want to be there. He was doing everything extremely slowly, not paying attention when taking orders, and looked extremely zoned out. Which of course wasn’t helping his coworkers when they were so short staffed. The woman taking drive thru orders at one point loudly cussed out a drive thru customer. Presumably when her mic was off but everyone in the store heard given that she was yelling. Yes this place needs to be better staffed, but the staff they do have needs to be better trained on customer...

This location is hit or miss. Definitely a slower restaurant than other locations. Today it took 35 minutes in the drive thru because their "ordering system was down so they have to handwrite everything and want to make sure it's right". I was checking my order to make sure it's right and within 5 seconds they told me to move out of the way. 2 burgers were wrong, shorted a frosty and no napkins. Not a big deal except what seemed like the manager argued with me at the window. She put napkins in all the bags...really? I'm not trying to steal napkins but need them to eat in the car and there were none. I asked for a double stack with only ketchup, onion and lettuce but there was cheese...I was lectured about how I have to explicitly state no cheese and it's my fault. Really disappointed because the 4 for $4 is a good deal and the reason I go there but will stick with the WGV location that is...
