Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

First off when you first walk in it smells like old butt. Then you get to the counter and you have sha nay nay working the register with 2 1\2 feet of weave hanging off the side of the front of her face. I thought to myself " at least she's not handling the food . She didn't know about the menu she had to ask the people in the back. Then my nightmare came true...guess who was also on fries, miss weave a licious herself shaking the hell out the salt and the dead ass pony tail hanging off the side of her face. After I left the counter I walked off towards the condiment station me and my girl almost broke our neck. We looked down and noticed some oily footprints leading from the condiment station to the kitchen. So I told sha nay nay she looked at me like I disrespected her house. She wiped up 4 out of the 12 greasy footprints with a nasty mop. When you finally get to the condiment station without paralyzing ourselves, there's a nasty oily pond just sitting there. We finally sit down to eat and realized the food also sucked, the meat was dry as hell. Then the greasy foot culprit came out of the kitchen and I realized that he was the cook greasing the lobby " death valley" once again. The lobby was also dingy looking and it was a BIG let down when I was told it was a new location and it was run down already. The lobby was dirty and greasy foot himself sat approximately 10 feet away on the window sill texting. When I thought the nightmare was over I heard someone cursing loud in the kitchen, I realized it was the manager. Been eating at Wendy's for a very long time..thanks to this location it will be a long time before I eat at another Wendy's. I wanted one more drink but I would have to cross "death valley" but I decided at this point my life was more important than a drink to wash down...

Worst service and food ever. I pulled up at 3:45. Two cars in front of me. The order taker would only take one order and wait until that person was completely served to take the next order. How unnecessary! I've come to expect this from this location tho. So I ordered 2 jr cheese burger deluxe, and a 10 piece nugget meal with a large blueberry pineapple chiller. I also asked for fresh fries because they always serve cold soggy fries that are clearly out of temp/spec. I also ordered a small frosty. Everything looked to be there so I proceeded home, 3 minutes away. I walked in the door and immediately could tell that my fries weren't cooked fresh, instead, they were re-cooked in the oil a second time. First off this makes for disgusting fries and makes them burnt and chewy. Secondly, cooking foodmlike that has been shows to cause cancer but I am not even gonna go there. My sandwiches did not have the toppings on them and the buns were stale. One even had bacon in it! I didn't order the jr bacon, and even if I did, the other would have been wrong because, no bacon. No tomato on either. My 10 nuggets were room temp at best and half of them were over cooked. Looks like mixed batches that were both out of spec/temp/expired. A very disappointing meal, I gave the burgers to my dog, threw out the "fries" and enjoyed my frosty. I was really happy that at least I could drink my chiller tea. It seems like a premium beverage at that price point and I enjoy the taste. WRONG, it was 75% ice, 24% water and maybe 1% tea. No fruit whatsoever, no taste, it was disgusting and a rip off. I tried calling the restaurant and the phone rang for over ten minutes. What kind of people are running this place!? I had enough. Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Just moved to this area and stopped here for quick dinner. First off, there are no cashiers. They have 3 quiosks and only one works SUPER SLOW. If your technology breaks then something needs to be done to fix the process. Second observation, this place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! EVERYTHING was dirty. The place smells dirty. The floor is slippery, it literally feels like I'm walking in front of the fryer. There is plenty of staff here and the customer service and work ethic of most employees here is embarrassing. Employees aparently "off the clock", yet gathered in the corner behind the counter hanging out. The lady at the counter had zero sense of urgency. Seems like her shift ended and she just walked off her station and just clocked out, which left noone to bag the food for the people dinning in. Then, she joined the other few employees in the corner to talk. The lady behind me and her child walked out with no food and didn't bother to ask for a refund from how upset she was. Not to mention, my husband is suffering here with food poisoning. Shared my horrible experience with a relative who lives near this location and I was warned not to eat here. Well, too late but now I know. Spoke to one of the 3 managers here who seem to be in a meeting and made him aware. He claims they are short staff ect.. Well then shut it down or cut your store hours. Being short staff is not an excuse. I'm a nurse and we are always short staff, but I'm sure that when people go to the hospital they expect not to die. We can't use that excuse so I will not take that from any other business!!! So much more to say, but will leave it here since I already wasted 20 minutes today just waiting in line...
