Wendy's — Restaurant in Florida

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but everything about this place was bad. They gave me the wrong food, I ordered a bacon junior cheeseburger, they gave me a regular cheeseburger (no lettuce, no tomato, no bacon, just a plain old cheeseburger), the burger was so cold that the cheese they put on it was still cold, did not even warm up, the fries had no salt on them at all, the chicken nuggets were burnt (not overcooked, actually burnt, like you could taste the bad burnt flavor of them), and they gave me BBQ sauce when I asked for Honey Mustard. The only thing they got right was the soda. Even with the frosty, the girl sticks her hand out the window holding the frosty out the window, and has her back to me the whole time because she was arguing with another employee, so I couldn't reach it. When I said excuse me (very politely), she turned around, glared at me, shoved it at me, and then rolled her eyes and said have nice day, rolled her eyes again, and went back to arguing with whoever was across the kitchen. The worse part about it was the stale sugar cookie. Totally unacceptable. Was looking forward to that the most. The entire meal went in the garbage can and I would never go there again, even if it were free. The owner of this establishment clearly does not care who he/she hires because the employees are killing her business. It is right across from the college and the place should be packed, but I drive by it all the time and...

Very unapproachable tellers at the drive through window. Making smirks when you have to ask for ketchup and napkins when all they gave you is one napkin and no ketchup for 5 chicken nugget, Bacon cheeseburger and a medium fry. When originally I had nicely asked for ten ketchup packets and no BBQ. Which the bbq sauce is what costs Wendy’s money giving out free, so you would think they’d be happy I just like ketchup. She still only gave me 3 packs. I politely asked again. Received 3 more. No extra napkins and her just staring at my dog making expressions on her face. I love Wendy’s, but the customer service at this location sucks. I’ve worked food and Bev my whole life. Just not right. Then she didn’t even give me my receipt when I’m using a gift card. Had to walk back to window to ask for one. And I get eyes rolled at me and two teenager Wendy’s employees...

Terrible experience. The girl who took our order at the drive thru had misery all in her voice. She was rushing and rude and I had to repeat myself. When I got to the window too pay I asked can we please pay in 2 separate orders. The same girl said to the manager while rolling her eyes...they want to pay separate" I guess because she didn't know how to do it she became more irogant and filled the sodas with all ice while the manager rang it up separate. Get home and the way the burgers were done. Wow. Let's just say we have pictures. Unacceptable experience. Called and spoke with the manager after we got home and seen the burgers.
