My sister is here visiting and I decided to take her to Firehouse. Love your sandwiches! When I got to the counter I was welcomed (or I should say not welcomed by the cashier that I also remembered from last time because she didn't want to be there and wasn't very friendly at all. Last time I thought maybe she was having a bad day but two times in a row seems like she does't like her job. My sister ordered a turkey ranch sandwich and she rudely said we have NO RANCH. Never suggested maybe another condiment just very rude to her. So she ordered another sandwich. While I was waiting for her I went to go set down. The table was really dirty so I just wiped two tables off with my napkin but the other two table attached was so dirty with mayo, mustard, lettuce, etc. that I didn't want to wipe with my napkin. So we sat there waiting for our sandwiches trying not to put our arms in the mess. When the girl brought our sandwiches I asked her do you mind washing that side of the table because its very dirty. She gave me the dirtiest look and just stood there staring at me like she was so mad! It was silent for a bit and I said soooo what does this mean? Do you not want to clean it? She said I am going to clean it (not happily) and walked over went and told all your workers behind the counter now they are all staring at us and talking about us. I didn't think it would be a crime to ask for a table to be washed off but you would of thought I just asked her to do a terrible thing. I apologized to my sister and said I guess I should of taken you somewhere else. I remembered coming into the store right when it first opened when the owner was there. He was so friendly, welcoming and greeted you with open arms. The feeling that I had when I left today is that I will never go back to eat at this place again. Really to bad because I love...
Read moreNever a disappointment until today. Order taker was unfriendly and had an attitude. I felt like I was bothering her. There was one person making subs. Two guys had their orders placed and were already waiting when I walked in. There was a total of 4 employees I saw, but only the one gal was making subs while the others werenât in sight. I really felt bad for her. It took quite a long time. We asked for extra BBQ sauce and it wasnât in the bag when I got home. The bread on all three subs was dried out and my husbandâs sub hardly had no brisket on it. We are soooo disappointed, especially with the cost of the subs! The other thing is at this location we never have been asked if we want to round up to support our local EMS during the many times weâve been there. Being I was part of a volunteer fire department up in Wisconsin at one point we truly believe in supporting our local community. I encourage the owner/management to take a step back and ask how can we improve our service? Why are we getting negative reviews? Get everyone involved and work together as a team to continue to build an excellent business that helps...

Service is always timely and fast, from ordering your meal to delivering your food, they're as fast as possible while still retaining the quality standard set by Firehouse.
Cleanliness leaves nothing more to be desired. The bathrooms are spotless, the tables frequently wiped down, all leaving the location with a wonderful sense of enjoyment at how clean everything is.
The only detractor to any experience here at Firehouse Subs would be, yes, the Coca-Cola machine. The touchscreen carbonated drink dispenser leaves more to be desired, as frequently drinks will taste funny due to all being funneled through the same nozzle on the machine. While Coca-Cola's bad design in their new drink dispenser is no fault of Firehouse, a change of their dispenser to an older model would be a very welcome change to create a...
