This is my favorite place to be. I can spend hours here going through the aisles looking at all the supplies and products they offer, getting ideas and inspiration along the way. Unlike hobby lobby which to me us more of a department/ home goods store than a craft supply store, Micheal's offers a multitude of crafting and creator supplies and products for you to unleash your inner art freak. From frames to blank tumblers, cosplay supplies for the larpers and the hardcore comi-con attendies. If you can imagine it they likely have what you need to make it. Their app is alot of fun too and they just opened up a makers market where artists can sell their goods which is amazing for the creative comminity. The sales are amazing. I had to return the items I got for my wedding. I didn't have the receipt so they pulled it up using my phone number a few items didn't scan so the cashier gave me my refund for the items that did scan and placed the items that didn't scan to the side. After giving me my cash refund she scanned the other items and tried giving me a Michael's gift card for $3.53 i refused the gift card because i knew those items that were all purchased at the same time and asked for cash. She said im sorry this is what I have to do. I asked to speak to the manger who in return approved the refund in cash. Can sometimes be overpriced compared to things you find on Amazon, but if you need it now thats the place to go, and sometimes Amazon quality isn't as good. Also can't beat the decor that's usually is anywhere from 50% off to 75% off depending on the season. Plus the every day coupons if you are a Michael's rewards member... Just recently 25% off any one item no matter whether it was a sale item or not. Then there is always the 20% off everything but sale items every day. You also get points to obtain cash back rewards to use on your next purchase or purchases. Then, you can always apply for their credit card. They also have custom framing...
