I placed my online order at 11:30 on Uber eats. It said I had until 11:45 to place it. I hit my reorder button for my normal order and placed it by 11:32. The photos I uploaded was my last attempt to process so I could snap a screenshot of the screen showing my food was in process before it was cancelled again. I tried 4 times so I called the store and Emmanuel answered. He was very nice and I told him the problem I was having and was wondering why they kept canceling it. He said he was going to transfer me to a manager to get my order processed. I was sent to a woman who was pleasant as well and introduced herself saying she was from the Bartram location just like the first guy. I explained the issue again and she told me she needed to transfer me so they could get my order through. Now the next girl answered “hello?” I was confused wondering if I was still on the phone with wingstop. I said hello and she asked me what I wanted. I asked her if the previous girl relayed why I was transferred. She said “no….you said you wanted to talk to a manager..I’m the manager”. I only then started to get upset because she answered the phone with an attitude and I never once asked to speak to a manager just wanted to place my order and now it was 10 mins before closing. I relayed the issue I was having on ubereats again and she immediately told me “well….we stop taking orders for delivery at 11:30” I told her I’ve ordered before and it’s usually 11:45 but even then I ordered at 11:30. She said it’s a Uber eats error but I let her know I have screenshots of the order in process but it would get canceled a few mins later from someone in the store. She then told me the last orders for delivery needs to be in by 11:45 and now it’s 11:50. Now I was upset because I told her I placed it at 11:30 and she told me 11:30 and now saying 11:45. I was getting passed around and could’ve placed my order and picked up by now like I originally called the store for and now they’re closing. I asked her for her name. At first she didn’t say anything the. Huffed and puffed before saying “Jessica”. I asked for the girls name that transferred me to her and she said no. Because the girl doesn’t work at that location. I was now pissed and told her that I don’t appreciate the attitude she’s giving me and that I’ve been nothing but nice to them. That for her to be a manager and speak to me like that wasn’t acceptable. I asked why she couldn’t give me her name and the girl before definitely told me she was from the Bartram location along with her name so why would he be a problem to remind me now? That I would be calling someone higher up because of how rude she was with me. She answered the phone from the beginning with an attitude and I never even asked for a manager just wanted to place my order. She then told me she will tell me the girls name but only if she gives her permission to. She shouted “Riley” to me which I highly doubt and never wanted to report her just Jessica. Everyone else was nice to me. Anyways, I honestly feel like they were cancelling my order because they are not wanted people for pick up. But if that was the case they need to change their hours for delivery. Big...
Read moreI initially gave the store a 4 because they made a bad situation right. I also gave them a 4 because of the extra aggravation. After going back and the manager remembered me and gave unbelievable service, I upgraded to 5.
As a St. John’s resident, I was very excited to get a Wingstop in our area. This store has been extremely busy since it opened. With that in mind, I understand there will be some gaps in service. Hopefully overtime that will continue to get better. After tonight‘s experience, I’m optimistic. I met the general manager named Angela. She was outstanding in conflict resolution and problem solving. I just hope she remembers to process my delivery refund since I was my own driver.
I placed an order tonight on their app, and it was delivered to me by DoorDash. When the order arrived, it seemed very lite for the large order I had placed. I opened it in my driveway while the driver was still there. I let him know this was not my order. We both immediately made calls and were both placed on long holds. After I finally got someone . We both immediately made calls and we’re both placed on long holds. After I finally got someone on the phone and explain the issue I learned that the restaurant received three orders for Rickie Williams. Unfortunately, my driver walked in and asked for that order for Rickie Williams and received the wrong one. Truthfully, this is an honest mistake. Statistically impossible that three of us with the same name ordered at the same time. I was frustrated, but it’s an honest mistake. I drove to the store to pick up my order and got to meet Angela as well as the rest of the employees in person. They were all very kind and fabulous. I’m a Christian so I easily let it go. However, as I stated, I do believe in accountability and if someone stopped to look at the order number, they could’ve gotten it correct. I believe the store will use this as a learning opportunity. I think Angela will take the time to talk to her staff. And hopefully the next time three Rickie Williams orders come in simultaneously, they’ll take the time to make sure they give each DoorDash driver, the correct order.
I look forward to my next order, because I will come back to this location. And the next time I hope to give them a...
Read moreHello and good evening It's midnight Thursday and I just got home from an order (under name Rodger) of 20 boneless wings meal deal. I asked the young lady to make sure I didn't have any hard chicken pieces in there like last time. Well guess what I have so many hard chicken pieces like last time, so I have placed this back in the bag and I'm going to bring the fries back too because the fries the majority of them were crumbs and they weren't even lukewarm. I hope that when I speak to somebody at opening tomorrow on Friday April 4th that they will be able to replace my order accordingly without hard fried extra hard refried boneless chicken tidbits and I say refried because when you bite it is so hard and dark skin and when you bite it it's actually doesn't even look like chicken because it's dried up from being over fried one too many times. and they were actually given to me as an order being completed, so yes hopefully when you get in. I had to leave this review because I just called at 12:03am and nobody answered the phone because it's after midnight but this is unacceptable and it is the second time around so I do need this to be fixed I never have this problem when I go to Orlando when I go to Orlando all the food is prepared nice fresh and literally moist never anything dry. UPDATE Following afternoon: Thank you so much Angela. Angela, their Gnrl mngr. Confirmed my concerns and then her and "The Team" replaced the order....
