After ordering online, we arrived at the location and went to the drive thru to pick it up. We waited a few minutes and no one answered. So we pulled up to the window and tried to get someone’s attention. Eventually an older gentleman opened the window and immediately just said “we’re closed.” I said, “I put in an online order.” His response was “well we’re closed.” No apology, completely rude and crass. I asked how do I get my money back? He said he would give us a refund through the computer. He slammed the window shut and left again. Again, no apology, and looked at us as if we were morons for being there.
Online it CLEARLY says this location is open until 10pm. And why would the app let me place an order if you’re closed? My feeling is they just didn’t want to work and stay open the last hour.
He was an extremely rude and arrogant piece of work whom I hope I never have the pleasure of seeing again. He eventually came back to the window because we were waiting for a receipt or confirmation on the refund. Again, he opened the window and stared at us as if we were stupid for being there still. When we asked for a confirmation he said “no it’ll just go to your account.” And then slammed the window again.
I cannot stress how completely awful, rude, arrogant, and disgusting he was. I believe his name was Jeff. He was an older, white gentleman.
Moreover, I used points for a reward so I need those put back on my account, which will most likely never happen. I hope this location seriously considers repercussions and possible firing for this individual. He ruined my entire night and made me cry I was so upset.

Read moreI stopped in after work one day around 5pm or so. I order 10 tradional wings bone in naked along with my childrens food. When I pulled to the window I paid and drove to the pilot so my children and I could eat before merging on 75 to home. Right away I noticed a spicy smell and sure enough there was some type of sauce on the wings. Because I was right down the road I drove back to Zaxbys. When I pulled to tell someone about the sauce on my wings the heavy set black woman by the name of Tamika if I'm not mistaken, told me I ordered what I think was a sauce called wimpy or wamy and her manager also heard me. How do you tell a customer who is placing the order what they ordered? Or why even try to correct a customer when its their business who allows you to even have a job. I have no idea what the name of the sauce even is yet she continued to call me a liar. Once I got to the window she closed the window in my face upon me trying to explain. Once the young girl who also had an attitude opened the window I asked for the manager. Only to meet Jeff who also had an attitude! I asked him for his managers number or corporate number he responds by telling me, he can't give out his boss number but do the survey at the bottom. Why would I pay for my food and not asking for a refund just want the right item. Why lie about a sauce......After speaking with Jeff who not once apologized now I understand why the crew treats and talks to their customers the way they do. I will never return to this location. Read moreI came into this location to get a pickup order and I walked up to the counter and multiple staff members walked by me and didn't acknowledge me. Finally, an older gentleman came up, let out a loud sigh, and asked what I needed. I stated that I was there for a mobile order and gave him my name. He gave me my food and handed me an empty cup and said " Can you fill this?" Not.a huge deal but I placed this order online 15 minutes before I got there and they didn't have it ready. I got my drink and left. Upon getting to my destination and opening my food, everything was cold. The cheese curds were burnt and the funnel cake had no powdered sugar on it or caramel sauce on the side. The funnel cake was also way over cooked and was so hard it was basically a indestructible chew tow for my dog. Pretty disappointing honestly.
The lobby was nice and clean but very empty and a little dark. The parking lot was clean and easy to park in.
Edit: So i spoke to Noah (GM) at the Wildwood location and he said he was so sorry but he could only offer me 25% off my next IN STORE ONLY order. I am not super close to Wildwood and I'm definitely not driving all the way there for 25% off. I expressed this to him and he said I could only use it at this location, to which I said I would consider making a trip to this location if it was worth it. He offered 50% off In store only.
