Hardee’s — Restaurant in Florida

The service provided to us by the manager here was absolutely dreadful. After discovering that a part of our order was incorrect, we approached the counter and described the issue. The lady working the register agreed with the mistake and asked for a corrected order. The manager in the back then began shouting that that's not what we had ordered and told us we would have to wait until other orders were fulfilled while simultaneously undermining her employee.

They did proceed to prepare us a new item. But that was also incorrect! When they brought it to our table, we pointed out the issue. The manager was summoned to our table at that point. She attempted to understand what we had ordered and what was wrong, but not without trying to place the blame on us.

Eventually, the order was corrected. But the experience was not a welcome one. The behavior of the manager toward both her customers and employees was deplorable and unprofessional.

I do grant two stars, though. First, the food, despite the back and forth, was surprisingly delicious. (I hadn't been to a Hardee's in decades.) And second, the other employees couldn't have been more...

One of the best Hardee's I've been to. Excellent drive thru etiquette. Very friendly staff. The only down side is that they make your food fresh every time, so you will have to wait a little longer than other fast food restaurants. But that does two things....keeps people that are in a big rush from eating there and keeps the drive thru line short. I almost never have to wait in line. People say that Hardee's is too expensive, but have you eaten at McDonald's or Wendy's lately? They actually cost the same or MORE than Hardee's now. And they are giving you smaller portions now. Hardee's still feeds you the same size portions. I work all over the U.S. and the trend is the same in every state with down-sizing portions. Sad how greedy some fast food...

It is so rare that people impress me with customer service anymore. But yesterday morning when I took my daughter through here for breakfast, from the moment that Kalley said good morning through the intercom, til we received our order, I was put in such a good mood. She was bubbly, kind and had the cutest southern accent. Extremely pleasant when we got to the window as we chatted for a second and I thanked her for being so kind in a world that most aren't anymore. Especially in the fast food industry!
