Tonightâs experience at Zaxbyâs was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and inattentive, as if WE were bothering them by being there. One employee even hit the screen during our order because I asked to add fries and sauce. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I ordered in store because every single time Iâve tried the app, website, or drive-thru, something has been wrong. Yet again, I asked for four 6-finger plates, and the order was entered as only four fingers total. I asked for a side of fries and instead received no coleslaw, just cold fries, and missing toast. On top of that, I had to plead just to get the correct amount of sauce that should already come with the meals. They questioned how many dinners I had and made me prove it, like I was trying to scam them over sauce. Ridiculous.
To top it all off, when I asked for a drink carrier for six drinks, the employee named Jan rolled her eyes and walked away, leaving another staff member to step in. I came in just trying to pick up food for my family, and somehow that turned into a miserable experience. If basic courtesy and fulfilling an order is too much to ask, maybe Jan shouldnât be working there.
In the end, I spent $65.99 for cold, incomplete food and rude service. I feel completely ripped off. This location clearly has no regard for customer service or food quality....
   Read moreThe level of incompetence of the employees of this restaurant is shocking. As most shocking as the fact they haven't been fired yet, they should. I went here arrived at 8pm. Knew they had a line but just finished a 16 hour shift, didn't feel like driving anywhere else. Jumped in line and started watching Netflix, by the time I made it to the speaking it was 842. Was told you hold one minute and when she came back, she said the kitchen was backed up and it was a 30 min wait. She instantly turned off the speaker, never actually asked if I wanted to order. I took this as go somewhere else. I run a small restaurant with seating for 150. Over the course of the last three months we have been running at max at least 3 times a day, with myself and one cook doing everything, and have never needed a 30 min hold. If one of my cooks told me he made someone wait 42 mins then said it would be another 30, I would fire them before they finished the sentence. If your employees can't handle 20 cars over the course of an hour they should be retrained or fired. Thank God for your business, your employee would sink in the real world. I managed to leave, drive down the street to taco bell wait behind 4 cars, order, get my food and drive back past before the car in front of me had pulled away from your window.    Read moreAfter pi king this location because it was closer to home and driving past at least one other branch. Boy an I sorry. I waited till I got to the restaurant to place my order on their app, wanting to be sure I was ordering at the correct location as I'm still not 100% with street names and such around here. I sent my order and got on the drive thru line. Inside is still closed here. I pull up to the speaker and tell them I placed a mobile order, give them the 2 names it could be under, once she finds it she says it just came thru and will be a few minutes, it's not a huge order but could be considered large. She asks me to pull around and wait, I park where I'm told and wait...and wait... and wait some more I should have counted the cars going thru the drive thru but didnt think of that. After 20 minutes I thought about getting back k on line but saw the phone number in the app so I called. A confused kid answered (place sounded like a major party was happening) he came out (no food) looked at my phone and was back right away with a bag. I havent opened it yet but I know the soda is wrong, I asked for NO ice, I always ask for NO ice. This thing sounds like its ALL ice. I honestly toyed with the idea of telling the poor kid I sould get a refund, but not his fault... yeah think I'll go to john young next time I have...
