I was craving that delicious grilled chicken salad from Hungry Harry's down the street, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays unfortunately. And I know Zaxby's has salads, and Zaxby's is a decent chain in the context of what it is, so I HOPED that maybe this would get the job done. The inside is nicely decorated, reminds one of a nice modern Sonny's BBQ, I like the decor. I waited a couple minutes to be helped by Mandy, but no worries, they were a little busy in the drive-thru, and Mandy was nice. But when you pay over $14 for a salad and iced tea, you expect the quality to be a bit better. This Asian "Zensation" salad is a romaine, crunchy noodles, cabbage type salad with teriyaki and a citrus vinaigrette. They even through in a egg roll for good measure. The egg roll tastes good, but it was too crunchy / overcooked. And the salad was 'swimming' in teriyaki, instead of drizzled over it as a nice, little accent. There was no citrus vinaigrette with it. A nice young man handed me my dine-in order and asked if I wanted dressing. I told him I thought it came with a citrus vinaigrette, and he said he thought it was on there. They called to the back, and the kitchen guy said he put it in the to-go container. But there was no souffle cup with dressing as the picture on the display showed. So they ended up giving me 2 packets. I only used half of one since it was already drowning in teriyaki (photo attached). The quality of the food tasted good. And the potion of salad, chicken, and tea was great for the money. But I could not have snuck over to my table as my sneakers stuck to the floor each step I took across the wood-look tile floors. When I saw that same young man out in the dining area wiping down tables (a good sign), I told him about the sticky floors. He seemed surprised (though he just walked across them himself), though he was kind and agreeable in his response and said he'd take care of it. There seemed to be at least 6 employees there, maybe more, so I'd hope in the future they'd be a bit more on top of some of these things, especially on a non-holiday Monday. I just left the drive thru after ordering a mobile order in which I explained at the intercom at the drive-thru. I was told by a young gentleman to pull up to the window, when i arrived at the window a young lady by the name of Alyanna stated my total was $10.00. I told her i ordered and paid on the app, and she stated, name?? I told her my name and she retrieved my order. She attempted to hand me a milk, which I don't remember ordering, and she stated yea you did look at your ticket. I looked at my app on my phone to clarify the order. she precedes to CLOSE the drive thru window in my face and WALK away. I was in the drive thru for 3min until she came back to the window. She looked at me and stated "what?" I stated is there anyway i can change the drink into another drink and the charge of the change. She shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know and just looked at me. At the point I told her i don't appreciate or have time for the attitude and i requested her manager on duty. At that time she voiced of changing the drink and asked what I wanted. I understand fast food service can be busy and frustrating at times. I myself use to work in fast food, but there's no reason for ANYBODY to be rude to customers especially if they are paying their Hard-earned money to receive quality food and GOOD customer service. If they want to run a business and retain customers they should have good quality staff, with positive attitude dealing with customers. Read moreEvery time I go here on my lunch break cuz I go here about three four times a week been going here since it's open it used to be good customer service now here lately it's real sorry I went there this morning nobody wasn't there and I still went over 30 something minutes to get my food missing my lunch break every time I go here just work right down the road from this place and just been going on for the last couple of months now the people that work though they play around too much and it always pulling out the phone playing with the phone like one black girl did this morning she was talking to this black guy and and pulling out her phone and showing him something on the phone instead of doing her job the expected and they need to do something with the workers it's only the morning shift workers cuz I have went there a couple times before in the afternoon at night and there take that job serious fed up with this place I'm ready to call the health department for one thing they don't use gloves all the time when they making food and be touching all kinds of stuff and the management really sorry here for not managing the place rightand making sure the workers are doing their job properly Chick-fil-A has a long line everyday do you still get your food out on time this place don't be packed and it's still slow with...
