The young woman that helped us to make a perfect choice of ice cream dessert for my birthday did such an incredible job!
You may think that it's an easy job to just scoop up ice cream, but there is so much more to this job! When someone enters the door, they are greeted with a smile and a hello. You stay with the same person as you decide what you want. (This isn't as simple as you may think either!)
They will give you as many small pink spoons filled with deliciousness as you ask for, and you don't even need to make up an excuse to get them! So, hold on to that story about "your grandma made your favorite kind of cookie batter and the ice cream tastes just like it" or a story of how "when you were a child, you always got the bubble gum ice cream and you wanted to relive that feeling now that you are (insert number here) years old" because you don't need a story! They will give you a taste of any ice cream you ask for, willingly!
After you've tasted all of the choices you are trying to decide between (or just reminiscing with), you will have the harder choice of how to have it served to you. Yes, you can just get a scoop, but... What kind of cone? Will it be coated with chocolate and sprinkles? Will it be a traditional cake cone, sugar cone, or a choice of several waffle cones? Maybe just a cup. Or a shake, malt, sundae, cookie...? The choices are almost mind-boggling!
Never fear, your BR guide is right there for you. They can make it how you want it, and can give you the best suggestions to make your experience better than you imagined when you walked in the door! So, trust them. They will tell you if they aren't fond of a flavor you ask about, or if mixing the two flavors you think would be a groundbreaking invention to tantalize the taste buds of all Americans would be a disaster.

Read moreDecided to come here for mother's day and the employee at the drive-thru was extremely rude...she decided that at 955 they were no longer going to serve customers in the drive thru because they had been busy all day even tho several of us had been sitting there for 30+ minutes. When my mom asked her if she had heard right about them not serving anyone else even though it wasn't 10 yet she said they had been busy all day and they were no longer serving anyone else as the car at the window placed a large order. My mom made a comment that she would never come back and the lady said "that's fine" I called and spoke to the shift leader who was an entirely different person than the girl taking the orders and he apologized and said there was nothing he could do about her. He had actually tried to take another order for the person infront of us but they had driven off in anger after the girl kept telling him that they had been busy all day and were no longer going to serve customers.....this location used to be amazing and I had so many fond memories going there as a kid. I will NEVER be back and if this is a franchise location I will be sure to not go to any of the locations in this franchise. I wish I could give a zero...
Read moreThe customer service I received from your restaurant today was horrible. I placed the order with Door Dash around 8:45 . I received a call from the driver saying that they closed 10 mins ago and I needed to cancel the order. That’s was fine I understand places closing early, and just wanted a refund. I tried to cancel the order online but was unable to without being charged a fee. So, I called the store to ask if they could cancel. Haley answered the phone with an attitude. She told me that they were busy and the line was out the door when my order was placed( I order 2 quarters of pre-package ice cream). This seems unacceptable since we are under a shelter in place order that states no more than 10 people in a place at a time. Haley was YELLING at me the while we were talking.
