The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Florissant

Honey Baked Ham will be my go-to this holiday season! I just found out about HBH 2 weeks ago through word of mouth and am wondering where has it been all my life!! Staff is extremely courteous (I came in on my birthday and Stephanie went above and beyond with lunch suggestions, coupon offerings, and just making sure I left satisfied which I did with a big smile on my face). Some companies brush it off when they make a mistake and don’t care to fix it but that was not the case for me here, I had a past issue and Ed went out of his way to fix it and very quickly at that, he was extremely apologetic and wanted me to make sure it never happened again! I truly felt as though they appreciated my business and that within itself makes me want to come back time and time again. Food is delicious, the store is always clean, and service is always fast! When I pulled up, the lot was empty, the store had 1 customer inside- always a plus when it’s time to eat! There was 1 associate waiting on the 1 previous customer and when the associate came from the back off break- he immediately came to the register to get my order. He was helpful, polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and proficient. Customer service was exemplary! I ordered 4 classic sandwiches and each one was make with love because the response from each person, down to the 1.5 year old was - hmmmm, Delicious! The store was clean and well organized. I went to the Florissant location for Thanksgiving turkey breast honey roasted and it was great the flavor was great the service was great. When I went on Christmas in which I pre-ordered they didn't have it ready and we had to wait, the prepaid people had to wait longer than the people that were just walking in. So I'm guessing that they gave my prepaid turkey to a walk-in person anyway when we got the turkey it just wasn't that good at all. Also in addition to that I just called them three times and the phone rang about 15 times each to ask a question about a product that I got an advertisement for and they did not answer. I called the Olivet location and someone nicely picked up after the second ring. I am now going to discontinue my visits to the Florissant location which is only 10 minutes away from me and go to the Olivet location from this...
