I went to the fiesta in florissant this Saturday the 25th of June a little hot walked around for a little bit decided to go over to Jimmy's fresh Max for a bite to eat, went in there sat down at the bar said hello to a couple of other people as I walked in took forever for somebody to wait on me order a strawberry margarita Frozen Wait like 10 minutes for that and told the guy did not want any chips or salsa but I do want to order some food to eat well about 15-20 minutes later I still wasn't waiting on for my food I asked the girl who's the manager was and she told me it was this guy Mario I believe his name was, so I got my order it was in a bag to go which I wanted it to eat there so I walked up to the counter asked the young lady who is the owner of this franchise she told me his name was chewy I left my phone number for her to get to him to call me due to the fact of poor service from their people I've been coming in there for quite a while and when I get over to look because there's a table of at least 12:15 people and Mario rather waits on them than me and I was there first it's pretty sad for a business to do that to a customer especially a customer who's been coming in there for a while I do not recommend this restaurant for service the food is good but some of their employees are poor employees it takes you forever to get any kind of service. My final words is enter at your own risk. As I will not be going back to this restaurant at all. I still haven't heard back from the owner from the date I posted this I firmly believe this is not a good restaurant and I would not go there and I still haven't gone there again they have lost my faith in their service and food it needs...
Read moreI try so hard not to get into franchise restaurants but they are everywhere and they are getting better. The competition is heating up.
They changed their menus here, and they charge just a tad bit more than they use to, especially now where you use to get all the flour soft taco shells you wanted with you fajita well now, you pay $1.50 for an extra 3 of those, and a few other little things that were free, now they charge you for. However, nonetheless, the food is still good and you will still have a great time eating here.
The service is good as well, I can't complain. I love everything they serve just about and they have the best nacho chips and salsa to me than any of the Mexican restaurants in Granite City, IL and a few places here in St. Louis are beat as well.
The food servings are still a nice size. The only thing that has changed again, is the prices.
The restaurant is kept clean and have friendly staff. they have a shared parking lot with ample parking spaces, so you never have to worry there.
The drinks are decent and you can get a monster margarita here that will serve 4 people or if you are like me, I can drink the whole thing if we take our time.
I am sure if you have a large party they will take a reservation to accommodate your party.

Went to the restroom first thing and briefly lost my appetite because it smelled like sewage inside (I recommend figuring out the root cause of this smell) but once outside of the restrooms the terrible smell goes away. The large classic margarita was weak and for $17 that shouldn't be the case. Also, I asked for sugar on the rim yet they still brought me one with salt on the rim and the tequila they use for the margaritas is very cheap and you can barely taste it with how much juice they put in instead of alcohol which may be a plus for some but if I'm paying for alcohol I don't want juice. The server I had didn't seem to speak English well enough, there was a language barrier which I understand to an extent but something they should probably work with their staff on more. Lastly, the coupons should be for any day and anytime minus the lunch special ones, I was going to use one of the coupons they send in the mail but realized it said Mon-Thurs which sucked but I didn't bring it up since I made the mistake.
