Wow we are so upset, we love Freddy's restaurant and was so excited to know that it was coming to our home area in Florissant Missouri!! I stop in at least 3 times a week at the one on mid rivers drive in St. Peters Missouri after work before going home for my husband and I to eat that's just how much we love Freddy's Restaurant. On October the 30th I went to your New just opened establishment in Florissant Missouri through your drive-through your and we were told they had no french fries after we waited in line for 15 minutes and placed our order! We left because you can't eat Freddy's burgers without Freddy's famous French fries. We returned the next day Oct 31st late after noon and made the decision to walk in and see if there was any fries yet, however there was a few people in front of me and they were very upset because the inside floors looked very dirty horrifyingly dirty and the lady in front of me was ordering 6 meals for her family and she decided due to the way the inside looked that it was not going to be sanitized enough for her to feel safe eating there she left you lost her business! They ask me how can I help you and I asked if they had fries yet, they then said no they do not, I asked when do you think you will get some and they said they have no idea would you like to order ma'am!!! I said no thank you and I left your establishment very unhappy the customers in the drive-through or pulling off and not ordering due to they were no fries. One of your customers in the drive-through stated really no fries and this is your grand opening how sad and he pulled off without purchasing. I am in hopes that someone will please get back in touch with me and let us know when you will be having fries at your Newly opened Florissant store and what you might want to do for me to get me back as a returning customer at lease 2 or 3 times a week!! Thank you for you time in this...
Read moreMy husband and I were super excited that Freddy’s was here in Florissant. We have always eaten at the one in O’Fallon, MO. I go in on 10/30/20 and I asked the girl if the dining room was open, she said yes. Okay, so I go in, the manager I am guessing, came over to greet me and say that due to maintenance they needed to get some things in order. She also mentioned to me that “I would be the first one to be waited on.” I says “Okay, thank you no problem.” So I go sit down. Another guy walks in, they take his order like I was invisible. Okay, also not a big deal. Not to mention I’d say that there was a good 25 people there working. Not sure if it was shift change or what. So I go up there after being a little frustrated that there were two cashiers and ignoring me. So the second cashier says right off the get go, “We don’t have any fried foods. No fries, no onion rings, no cheese curds.” I says “I don’t have a choice, so I guess I’ll just get a burger.” I tell her no onions on my burger. What’s on my burger when I get it??? Onions. I can take them off, but still. Also, $7.00 for a burger? I could’ve gotten a “value meal.” But that wasn’t an option because the fryer was apparently down. So I get a burger, and a medium shake, and it cost me damn near $12.00. My husband and I eat at the O’Fallon one for $22.00 🧐🧐🧐🧐🧐 You can have the Florissant one. We will continue going...
Read moreFood was good, I want to say that upfront. Bryanna, who took our order inside, was so rude. Crazy rude. Like 'how does she have a job' kind of rude. She had this attitude, like she was way too good to be there and she didn't greet or address us (we had to say to her that we were ready to order). After my wife asked her if we could place our order, Bryanna, annoyingly looked at her and nodded, no words, just silence. It awkwardly stayed silent until we just started telling her our order. All she said after each order (there were 4 of us) was "What else?", and she never made eye contact with any of us, she intentionally looked off to the side the entire time and chewed her fingernails several times. It felt so weird. She made us feel extremely unwelcome and treated us like we were the problem for simply wanting to place an order and eat there. Her closing statement was our total. So all she said was, "What else?" and our total. It was our first time in/at that location, and we likely won't be back for awhile. Bryanna was one of the rudest, bordering on mean, people I have interacted with in a restaurant setting. She wasn't hiding it, so if management finds that kind of behavior acceptable, then I don't want to...
