Wonderful family owned business and great pizza! Stopped in on a whim to take the family out for dinner and was very happy. The pizzas are '"12 and the gluten free is "10. They have a Margherita or a Naples style pizza or create your own. Our server explained all ingredients are fresh and/or made in house. My order was specific and everything I asked for I was told I could have it any way I wanted. The pizza has a light bubbled charred crust. Small salads were a good size, house or Ceasar. Our server was so sweet and down to earth. She explained how they got their oven from Naples and had to build the kitchen around it. The tables we ate at were made from the old Wash U basketball court. She talked about her large family and how they're long time residents of the area. Read moreOur first visit. The best Margarita firebaked pizza. The sauce is nice and thick, cheese fresh and also full coverage, fresh basal, the crust is simply perfect, and was absolutely yummy. Friendly, polite staff. Clean, clean, clean restaurant, and dining. Very nicely decorated. I had a question about the price I had paid and called them after, only to be treated with pleasantries and respect by the owner. We worked through it quickly and realized it was my mistake. The prices are great, very inexpensive. This will be a new favorite pizza place! Read moreFirst time at this restaurant that's been open since 2020. It's a very warm and inviting atmosphere. and there are more tables than I thought there would be from outside. Nice, relaxing adult-oriented music was played at the right level for a pleasant evening out.
They make their dough, and they only come in one size, so we ordered the Create Your Own. We added pepperoni & mushrooms, then I enhanced my half with the jalapenos. The pizza had a good flop with just the right amount of chew. The cheese had a nice pull, and the sauce had a nice tomato tase to it.
It's not a St. Louis style pizza, but it's definitely one of the best wood-fired...
