I went to this store on 9/24/25 to make a purchase. Following my purchase I was notified that the store owner was Covid positive and had been in the store today without appropriate PPE handling food. With this information I reproached the counter for a refund and asked why wasnât I notified that the owner had Covid so that I could make a decision as to whether or not I would like to purchase the food. The employee stated that she did not know and I didnât blame her it was just a poor decision of the owner. The owner was not mindful of exposing individuals with compromised immune systems or elderly individuals. The cashier called the manager who didnât answer the phone and stated that she could not do the refund because she did not have access. She asked me to come back later in the week for a refund. I had her to write it out on the back of my receipt and she had taken the food purchased back. Today I went for the refund with my receipt in hand. The employee called the manager and she was very rude and unprofessional over the phone. Her name was Angel in the cell phone being used. She declined to provide a refund and alleged that she had Covid 3 weeks ago and that she was not taking the hit for my purchase. Well maâam how do you feel justified with keeping my money and knowingly exposing me to Covid.    Read moreWell I was next in line to order after the Indian worker fixed two guys order in front of me. When it was my turn to order, she walked completely away from the counter. Didn't say she need to use restroom, take a lunch break or anything. Just left me standing there to figure it out. The Indian looking guy walked out from taking orders like she could do it by herself. So he not tryna put meat and cheese on bread either. it's not that hard. She probably doesn't speak English but I did not like the experience here at all and won't ever b back. Never been to this Subway anyway and don't look like I will til that Indian looking man and woman are replaced.
