This store needs to be shut down...IMMEDIATELY! I don't know what kind of management is happening here, but the ownership needs to close and not re-open until EVERYONE receives proper training. I've been here THREE TIMES and each time has been an absolute CIRCUS. A couple weeks ago, I ordered online. Got to the store and was told they only had enough food to complete ONE of the FOUR sandwiches I ordered. Had to get a refund. Just yesterday, I ordered online at 8:08pm. The store closes at 9:00. Online said my order would be ready at 8:30. I got to the store at 8:23 and they said the store was closed, the registers were down and there was nothing they could do. They're shutting the store down almost a FULL HOUR before it's supposed to close? I received a message about my order being cancelled AFTER I left. Today..... because we wanted sandwiches and figured service would be different IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON, my wife went back to the Florissant location. What gluttons for punishment we must be. She goes in and they tell her the register is down, so she had to order online INSIDE THE STORE. Without a single other soul in the store, she waited 30 mins for the sandwiches to be prepared. When she went in, they told her they ran out of large white bread, and made her a medium....just fully expecting her to take the smaller sandwich. She literally had to ask if she would be refunded. They gave her a drink and chips to cover the difference.
She gets home and the food is COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!! My pastrami sandwich had NO VEGETABLES, and was NOT TOASTED! My daughter's tomatoes were about half inch thick cut. None of the sandwiches were toasted or even cut. My wife peeled off the wilted lettuce from her food.
This is an embarrassment. I don't advocate for young people losing their jobs. However, if you want to continue to let these KIDS provide TERRIBLE SERVICE, you won't be open much longer.
Someone needs to be contacting me, STAT. I want back every dime we've wasted or a credit so we can go to a Firehouse location that will actually serve what we order. The next conversation is with corporate.

Read moreWife & I stopped in for lunch today at 2:30. Four customers in front of us who already ordered. We placed our order. The basket of cookies in individual bags were all severely crushed, broken crumbs. I asked if better were coming. The guy that appeared to be in charge reached around grabbed all the cookies and flung them into the trash can with no comment. We go over to get our drinks but no ice. I mention this to same guy who does fairly quickly get a bucket to fill ice into machine. My wife tries to get tea which is doing a slow trickle onto counter & floor, can't turn completely off also can't come out any faster when toggled on. Dispenser is full of tea. Wife puts cup under trickle and in 5 minutes has half a cup of tea. We mention to same guy who grabs whole tea dispenser and carts it off. No comment or attempt to remedy. Four or 5 people working but no customers eating. After maybe 15 minutes 3 sandwiches come out. Workers behind counter all look confused and are staring down behind the counter occasionally laughing. When it hits 25 minutes waiting for our order I go back to guy and request a refund. The workers appear to be staring at a piece of meat. I offer to pay for chips & drinks only which we had. A worker said they had my order and could still make it. I said no thanks, I had no confidence in any of them. The other customer who was never served headed over as well. I took my refund and went to Jimmy John's where we were served in about a minute and a half. My thought thru all of this was about the guy who owns this place. Does he know what goes on here? Read moreStopped by at 8pm for brisket was told they didn’t have time to prep any. They should of said they were out. Then asked for chili was told the same thing also had no cookies. Went ahead and placed a order. Ordered a sandwich with just Turkey and cheese for my 9 year old granddaughter.Waited 15 minutes and received a Turkey sandwich with lettuce. Brought it back up to the rude young man and he looked at me like how dare you, Called us back up only to look at the same sandwich that he scraped what lettuce of he could but still had lettuce which makes her gag. Brought it back up and he argued with me saying he didn’t want to make another sandwich why can’t she eat it it barely had any lettuce. I asked him why are you arguing with me and not giving me what I ordered. He hesitantly made another sandwich. A couple minutes later another customer came in it appeared that one of the young men knew the lady. She asked for cookies and was told no but they made an effort to go back and give her a brownie. They were actually cordial to her. She walked away from the counter and went back and said she wanted two bags of chips. She went to pay and was told don’t worry about it. I was upset with the way my family and I were treat. I was not rude to them and was treated like I was bothering them. Then I happened to look at my bank accyon line later that night. Much to my surprise I had A $51 charge from Firehouse Subs. I was so upset at the time of placing the order I just swiped my card without looking at the amount and I was not given a receipt.
