Like every grocery store in the area, it has its strengths and weaknesses. It has by far the most extensive gluten-free section on this side of town. They have scaled their keto items back to where they almost shouldn't bother because what they DO carry is ill-advised and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I find their produce, meat and frozen sections overpriced, and I will not purchase fresh seafood again after purchasing some that was very clearly "off" when I opened it to cook it -- the same night I purchased it. It went straight into the trash for fear of getting sick. Their gift section is severely overpriced..about twice the price I would expect to pay. Most of their staff, however, is especially friendly and helpful, and their catering is superior. Great salad bar, nice environment in which to shop, with great variety.
