Pretty Burrito — Restaurant in Flower Mound

UPDATE - Breakfast tacos are delicious, and generous portions Finally made it in here after they'd been open for a few months, and had a great meal. It is a family owned business, not chain. We prefer to support those sorts of establishments wherever possible. They have a bit different hours, so, that explained the miss. Believe they're only open til 4:30 or so. I ordered a pastor burrito and mexican coke at the recommendation of one of the workers. And it was awesome. They come standard with meat, rice and beans, and then you can customize it to whatever veggies/toppings you want. And the red and green salsa's are AMAZING! The green is spicy, but they advised ahead of time, so I knew what I was getting. Can't wait to come back and support this...

EVERYTHING is made from scratch. He even makes his own chorizo and the chorizo is phenomenal. Any new breakfast burrito/taco place I go, I usually start with the chorizo, egg, and cheese but I added his homemade potatoes because they looked so good. You’ll see an 80lb bag of pinto beans he uses to make homemade refried beans, btw. Definitely try this place out. It wasn’t busy when I went around 8:30 and I demand to know why it’s not. Get in there and get a burrito. Oh and they have Cane sugar only drinks in the back as well! A vegetarian could easily order a full vegetable burrito there as they have another section of just adding from lettuce to grilled jalepenos, to onions & cilantro among about 7 other vegetables. Just got a chorizo breakfast Burrito and Taco there this morning. Both are HUGE and stuffed to the brim... with pure deliciousness! I couldn't even finish my taco and my husband had a hard time finishing his burrito! I love that YOU get to pick whatever you want them to put on your burrito/taco, including veggies. Everything is homemade (family is from Monterrey, Mexico) - you can taste the authenticity and difference. We will be adding this restaurant to our rotation.

Btw they also have Mexican Street Tacos for lunch until 4 pm. Once their business increases, they said they'll hire more personnel to extend their hours to dinner (after 4pm).
