So my husband and I came down to visit our grandsons that were in a baseball tournament and a flag football tournament. So after one of the games that ended late, we decided to come here to eat and it was a very good decision. This place has the right name because the food was absolutely fire. The place is very hip and quaint. You walk in as very bright and inviting. They have a bar. They have games for the kids. They have a pool table in the back. There weren't that many people there because we got there it was kind of late. So we sat down our server. Her name was Hope, and she was a pure Gem, and she said she was the baby of 12 siblings 🤯 She walked us through everything. She answered my grandkid's questions and was very patient with them😉She was very nice and made sure that we were comfortable with what we ordered and told us that they gave you very large portions🫣 When I asked her for a drink , I just told her to tell the bartener to make me something sweet. I'm so sorry my drink had a name, don't remember. It was just made up, but it was really good. 😋I think she might of called it the purple rain. Lol Please don't quote me on this🤣 So my stepson ordered some honey garlic wings, which was really good. My husband, I shared a bugogi rice bowl with vegetables and added shrimp. One of my grandkids ordered a chicken tender's sandwich with fries, and the other grandson ordered a hamburger with fries and a salad. We also ordered some crispy calamari for appetizers. Everything was absolutely delicious.😋 The owner came by to check on us, and he was really nice. If I'm not mistaken, his name was Dan.(sorry not David 🙏) So, thank you for making us feel warm and welcome. Also, that is very important. The bathrooms were super clean and very nice.😇 We really enjoyed our meal. If you ever on that side of town, I would recommend going. She did say also that they do or have karaoke night. I think on wednesdays. Hopefully, we will see you...
Read moreI’ve been wanting to try this place since it’s grand opening, drive by almost everyday for work.
Today was the day.
HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
Staff very friendly. 4 stars for them. Food and timing aweful. 7 people in the restaurant at 2pm on a Friday. 3 at the bar just having drinks. 2 others have food. My wife and I wait 40 min for their house smash burger and chicken sandwich. We were the only ones ordered food in the restaurant. Sweet potato Fries good. Main dish aweful.
You’re paying $15.75 for a stripped down burger and sandwich Lettuce tomato pickle. Anything else will cost yah, even a piece of cheese $1.
For nearly $16 I’m expecting a great Chicken sandwich! Well it was 3 thin pieces 1/4” thick 1-1/2” big. Chick fil’ A has them beat. Chicken overcooked to the max. Dry. Tough….and this was with their house teriyaki sauce. Decided to just eat the chicken only as tough as it was. Rest of the sandwich discarded, filled up on the fries.
A Basic sandwich. I Should have cooked at home.
1st time. Last time.
Way too expensive for awful quality. Can only imagine how long to get food long on a busy night.
Shoes were sticking to a tacky floor from front door to our table and the to the restroom and definitely in the restroom.
Not a clean place. Hope I don’t get sick.
There are a lot more options in FLOMO.
Gonna be hard for them to compete if this is the quality food and atmosphere.
Update: Fried maybe a little too fast. Crisp there was none. Hand Sliced thin enough to keep one breast lasting and lasting and lasting and lasting: certainly not expected from an almost $16 basic sandwich…marinade lack there of, might have been dryer than the bun, chicken jerky best described the texture. Maybe we hit it on a bad day, but that WAS our experience and HONEST. The sweet potato fries though; those were...
Read moreI am flabbergasted and furious that I haven't come here sooner. It's next to the nail salon all my friends use and I've seen it for months. Finally decided to stop in.
Y'all. You won't find better Korean fried chicken in Carrollton. The bulgogi fries are out of this world. The avocado salad was surprisingly fresh, crisp, and bright for an unassuming spot in a strip mall in Flower Mound. The menu is actually really, really deep... I am very excited to explore it more.
Coincidentally it happened to be music bingo night, which was wicked fun. The bar is very well stocked, with some impressive cocktails (including some smoky bubble presentations, which you normally only get on $50 cocktails somewhere in Vegas) and a way-larger-than-average tap selection. I'm just kicking myself that we didn't know about this place before. We'll be back all the time, especially since this is less than 10 minutes from our house.
Thanks to the super fun team for making this a TOTALLY unexpected experience here in Lewisville/Flower Mound! People normally drive a long way for food and fun of...
