I frequently visit this location in Flower Mound and have been for years now. I can definitely say that I have Never been disappointed with the service, food quality or the staff. This location is my all time Favorite. Any other location I visit doesn’t even compare to this one. The level of service, food quality & freshness and the amazing staff is what keeps me going back to this location. I usually order on the app and just do a drive thru pickup order and I have never had an issue with any of my orders. The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. And you can’t beat the budget friendly deals they offer in the Wendys app! Why pay full price for food when you don’t have to and Why pay full price for food elsewhere and the food quality and freshness aren’t even worth it, but at this Wendys they never fail to deliver great, fresh food and great service. Use the app to get amazing deals. I recently have been ordering breakfast biscuits which are currently a $1, my favorite is the Honey Buddy Chicken Biscuit and the seasoned potato wedges – hands down the best chicken biscuit ever! The biscuit is fresh and light – it’s not tough or taste over done or like it’s been sitting in a warmer all morning, the chicken is tasty and the potato wedges are on point. The entire staff is so friendly, professional and caring. One staff member in particular is so great, she is kind, customer focused, detail oriented, professional, friendly, caring and respectful. Her name is Julie and she is awesome. Julie is always in a good mood, she has a great and pleasant attitude, she is patient and truly cares about the customer and the customer experience. Julie always put a smile on my face and puts me in a good mood when I am at the drive thru window picking up my order. We get to get to chit chat for a min each time and she truly is great. Read moreOh man! Let me tell ya. It's like these people have staff meetings to make sure nobody is satisfied once they receive their orders in drive thru. And I'm talking about the night shifts around 9pm - Close.
Each time I come back I have this little hope in me that I won't have to re-enter the Drive Thru but they keep failing me. They all seem miserable which is easy to point out with their attitudes and lack of respect. Half of the time, my food had obviously been sitting out; not fresh. It's gotten to a point to where I actually like going back and laughing at their careless mistakes that could easily be avoided. OH! And get this, they get really mad when you have to go back to the window so they can fix your order after you had repeated it at least twice the first time.
JUST A WARNING TO ALL: Triple check your orders before you drive off and get disappointed after arriving home. Be prepared to re-enter drive thru. Also, apparently whatever number of sauces you say you want, they will make sure to put at least 2 less than what you requested.

When I asked for a refund for the disputed amount, he asked if I wanted to eat. At that point I opted for a full refund. I am sitting in the parking lot sending a complaint to Wendy's and now posting here as well. Debating on reporting then to FM as well. Once he decided to invoke corporate policy, I have to seriously question if I will ever eat another Wendy's ever again. Certainly not this fraud factory.
