UPDATE: after emailing and calling many times with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION these ridiculous people leave the below response. 7 Brew Coffee in Flowood is basically a daycare with espresso machines. Itâs run by kids who think customer service means making up stories, talking down to people, and acting like theyâre in charge of the playground.
Case in point: an employee actually walked out to accuse me of âspeeding offâ two days earlier. TWO DAYS. I drive a Dodge Challenger Scat Pack with a modified motor â itâs loud, it echoes, thatâs what a muscle car does. If their flimsy awning canât handle the sound, thatâs their issue, not mine. But instead of focusing on serving coffee, they decided to play detective and point fingers.
When I said, âYouâve got to be kidding me,â the little self-appointed hall monitor shot back that she wouldnât serve me if I âhad an attitude.â Excuse me? You accuse me of something I didnât do, and then refuse service because I donât smile and nod like itâs fine? Thatâs not customer service â thatâs arrogance mixed with immaturity.
And good luck trying to get anyone higher up to care. They donât have phones at locations, their so-called âcustomer serviceâ is nothing but a chatbot on Facebook, and their area managers apparently ghost voicemails. Translation: theyâve built a company that takes your money but avoids accountability at all costs.
So hereâs the truth: the coffee isnât special, the service is embarrassing, and the âcorporate structureâ is nonexistent. If you like being accused, dismissed, and talked to like a child â this is your place. As for me, Iâll be warning people across the country because 7 Brew clearly doesnât care about customers until their reputation is on fire.
Bottom line? 7 Brew Coffee is nothing but a drive-thru daycare run by kids with caffeine. Save yourself the headache and go...
Read moreI tried this place out with my sister after seeing glowing recommendations from at least 3 of my Facebook friends, so my expectations were high. The experience I had was just okay. The fellow who served us was nice enough, and the other employees seemed to have upbeat attitudes and good camaraderie with each other, which is always good to see. The coffee was bitter and not very sweet in my opinion, and I ordered my drink at full sweetness. I have to agree with another reviewer here that 7 Brew is not very beginner friendly; we were glad to have viewed the menu online before visiting. It's a bit hard to exit the drive-thru when you've been served before the person ahead of you in line and they have cones blocking the only other exit. You actually have to wait for the person ahead of you to be served before you can leave with your drink; you're just stuck in line until they get served. That doesn't sound ideal in a scenario where I'm alone in my car, and the car ahead of me contains 4 people, all ordering a drink each, now does it? This would not be a factor if the cones blocking the other exit were removed. I am willing to give this place another try; maybe next time my coffee will be sweeter and the traffic cones...
Read moreThe coffee and drinks are really good! I am not crazy about the only drive through model though. I like going into a cafe to sit. They also have like zero posted menus until you get to the front which is something that drives me insane. I hate when Chick Fil A does that too. Definitely not beginner friendly if youâve never been. Because they want you to order in the middle of the line and you have to use your phone while behind the wheel to see the menu. The drinks though? Are amazing! I will say though they seem to almost exclusively only employ high schoolers which is kind of weird to me, it gives me a weird vibe and I get almost an MLM sort of feeling from them whenever I hear any of their promotional stuff, but as far as the actual drinks go? I enjoy going when I do! The sugar free options are amazing. Other places should consider diabetics and people sensitive to sugar as well! All Starbucks has is sugar free vanilla. This place? Anything you...
