This was the worst nail experience I’ve had. Ive lived in this area for several years, this is why I continue to drive father to get my nails done. . I walked in and expressed to the manager that I wanted someone who’s really good with doing toes. Sadly I have to get acrylic on my toes due to not having a full toe nail. As I told the employee what I wanted, he still processed to do as he wanted. Granted I asked for him to take off my old acrylic and add new. Once I’ve seen that he was almost to the end I figured he didn’t know how to do what I asked fordidn’tt anyone else nor did he ask me was they okay. So that’s my fault with closed mouths don’t get feed. BUT I did speak up about my finger nails. He did let me know that he had someone before me, but he sat me down before his client that had a scheduled appointment. I had a fill in dip, with French tip & abstract design. I totally didn’t not get French tip I was looking for, the abstract work. I wanted the nude, he said it was white and that the white would show up. I didn’t want white so yes I choose the green, but even still it’s not the same abstract work. Those are leaves to me. He even stated to me that he didn’t want to do my French tip the way I wanted, he wanted it like the old French tip. But that’s the only thing he changed. I spent a total of $130 and was not asked was I satisfied, anything else we can do or anything. I told him I was unsatisfied. I didn’t even get a full set. He heard my complaining about it. He didn’t care! He did my nails exactly how he wanted. I showed him my picture several times. He looked at it as if he knew what he was doing. But I felt rushed. He was ready to seek other clients. I felt disappointed and disrespected, because I would’ve waited my turn to get the service I asked for versus what I received. I paid for a horrible service and I guess I paid for them having to deal with me not liking my service. It wasn’t my intentions to complain, but I’m over these nail shops in Flowood, Ms thinking they going to keep taking MY MONEY to my MY NAILS how THEY WANT THEM. I will...

After 13 years with a nail tech in the coast, searching for one for a few years, I found Randy on TikTok. Walking into the bright, clean, salon that smelled so good, being kindly greeted immediately, I knew I found a gem!!!! Long did my super relaxing pedicure… Randy did my manicure and full set of nails… the shape, gentleness, colors, designs, FULL attention to every single detail met my expectations. The interactions I had with any worker, was just as genuinely kind… 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my 4 year old daughter with me and she got gel polish on her hands and toes (I don’t remember the gentlemen’s name). She talks a lot and does not sit still for too long. He was patient and gentle with her. Not one time did he seem annoyed or agitated that she just wanted to touch the wet polish.

They offer walking and appointments, the prices are in the book AND displayed on the tvs all around the salon. They are very transparent with how much something will cost along with an EXTREMELY reasonable price.

Quality, respect, feeling welcomed, kindness, patience, professionalism, and transparency are all of the things and then some of what I experienced.

I 100% will be back and HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone, especially someone like myself who is not easy to do exactly what I want with ZERO complaints! (I’m a little too OCD about my nails)

My daughter wanted her nails done for her birthday, and since we are not originally form MS I did a lot of research, read a million nd one reviews and decided this place was one of the best. Weeelll… even tho my experience wasn’t the greatest. I was in and out within 25 minutes. My daughter got a kids manicure with gel polish, I got a full set with gel polish. It seems as if the nail tech was having a bad day. He was really rude, didn’t say much, pulled and pushed on my hands, didn’t ansk how short, what shape I wanted just really did what he wanted and just really made me feel uncomfortable. My daughter who just turned 5 that day, her nail tech also hurt her while filing, was going way too quick, and didn’t even give her the full experience; all she did was gel her nails and did a sloppy job at that, I didn’t even want to pay for my service…. I feel they were rushing, mind you there wasn’t anyone waiting in the lobby and I booked an appointment online the night before. I may try and come back, but I just wasn’t pleased with my first visit. May be finding a different nail salon that doesn’t wanna rush clients out the door. On a plus, my nails turned out to be looking okay, my gel has chipped and it’s only been a week…. My daughters gel is peeling already as well. They’re supposed to last at least 2-3...
