Donut Palace — Restaurant in Flowood

So I get up this moring to go get some donuts knowing my fav place The Donut shop on 471 is closed I chose to give This Donut Palace a try.

While walking up to serve me, a maskless older woman wipes her nose with the back of hand then wipes her nose/mouth area with a napkin, grabs some tongs and was ready to grab my donuts.

I politely asked her to wash her hands (which should have been obvious), and she gives me attitude. She runs some water over her hands for a couple of seconds, no soap that I saw, then comes back.

I politely thanked her, and she proceeded to berate me about how she never touches her nose 'in FRONT'' of customers. I smiled and said I just saw you, she said she didn't she was eating I never touched my nose, when I clearly saw her do it.

She continued to deny and began raising her voice at me! Finally I walked out without saying another word.

That was my FIRST TIME visiting this establishment, and they have no idea how much money I was about to spend today and how much more business I would have given them in the future for our organizations.

I don't know how good their donuts are, but I know I don't want to eat any of them after that experience and not knowing where her hands have touched without...

My 17yo son got up early to suprise the family with donuts Sunday morning. He bought a dozen glazed and 5 apple fritters. The glazed were soft and delicious. The apple fritters were either 3 days old or severely over cooked. They were so hard that they were inedible. I think they took advantage of a kid buying their product and sold him a pathetic product. There is no way they didn't know or realize. Just picking it up to put it in a bag would be a dead giveaway. Kee Nicole is a nasty person who always provokes people here. I frequented this place and also had words with her once. A guy got fired because of her and seeing how she trashes what seems all of the customers that comes in or calls white people "clear" with racial intent on a public domain such as Facebook. I will never come back. I hope others do the same. I will not support this place unless there's a public appology to him and all the customers that's...
