Burger King — Restaurant in Flowood

BK District Mgr, This site really needs some loving!!! This is Rankin...Lots of High End Houses...but this looks like the Poorest and Saddest excuse for a burger joint, and surely not a Major Chain in such a NICE AREA!

Parking Lot needs to be asphalted again! Right Handicapped spot has a crater (though it would be under a car if someone parked there) in it. DOORS...WTH don't they have the 'Traditional Spatula' Handles? Looks like someone broke handles and put up plain cheap metal just to have something!! MGR Office is blocked by the Ice Cream Machine!! Unacceptable! IF they were large like many sites I see, they would NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN the Office to do Business! LOBBY VENDING - REALLY? There are 3 or 4 generations of vending space (drinks & condiments) and all a waste of Floor Space, Waiting Area, and other use!!! Looks bad but wasted space is worse. Front Counter - with all the area block by is vending... it's not a surprise that there is 3 feet for food handout & 10 to 12 feet for the 2 ordering stations! I've never seen so little of a Kitchen!!! Makes me wonder, MAYBE THE BURGERS ARE NO LONGER FLAME BROILED THAT THEY ARE BLOCKING IT OFF so you don't know? A valid thought! Waiting Line - There is a post with 4 sharp points! And other post has been broken away! I'd say this looks unexcectable... but given much of the rest of the site, I guess it's par for the course!

I've been in lots of Burger Kings over the years in many states during my travels. The site near my college, our store sponsored our women's Volleyball, we did lots of business for and with them. But this site is too run down. IF this was a rural or impoverished area in Jackson, I MAY Understand, but would still Not Be Acceptable! *But I bet, if we went up and down Lakeland, and surveyed Every Burger Joint from Crystal's nearer 55 to here, I bet we see the lowest Revenue of a Major or Smaller Chain! YA THINK THE 2 HAVE SOME COMMON GROUND???

Now it's the time for the District to show some Loving! Heck, you have not 1 but 2 High Schools within an earshot of them, and closest restaurant to NWR HS which is HUGE! You have many churches nearby. But something tells me, the tiny donut shop behind you likely does a better job keeping up with Shipley, than this sure is doing with the other burger places!!! Fixer Up or Shop Out...I Love BK, but my words can't even tell you how disappointing today was, as this was the 1st place my parents and I picked after moving into their new house! Please Let Me Know What the District Decides. Thank You to the Staff who had great spirits given what they have to...

I usually don’t get on these websites and do a review because of my busy schedule but today I got the time for sure l. First off I came early to this restaurant so I can attend a meeting for my job and the nice lady at the time told me to pull down they will be outside with my order, so I pull down and two other cars pull behind me as well. So this is this young boy that approached my car asking what I had so I told him and he told me that they were waiting on my chicken fries mind u it just turned 11am. I noticed that everyone that was pulled down after me has received there meal and I was the first one in front of them so I brushed it off and when I looked at the time it was 11:30 so I decided to walk in to see how long it takes to cook some chicken fries. The lady that took my order asked did I come through the drive thru I said yes she said ok we are just waiting on your chicken fries so now I’m handling things at work and trying to see what’s going on with this order that I purchased. So it’s three employees so far that I see just sitting around talking and waiting for a drive thru order to come thru and I’m like so what’s going on what the chicken fries. Another lady comes to the counter and ask do I need anything I was like I already ordered through the drive thru they rushed and made a order to give me that was wrong had to go back in there to the lady and she has a attitude. When it should be me that should have one . Then the icing on the cake is when that man on the line yells Ma’am you want everything on your burger. I yelled back yes cause this is beyond me at this point. I get my bag the lady tells me to check again to make sure it’s straight and I look don’t no fried in the bag just a burger and my chicken fried I just walked out because damn how hard is to make a order and keep up with who u pulled down and what they had I even helped them out by giving them my recipet and telling...

I do not know what has happened to our Burger King in Brandon Mississippi. I arrive there at 10:30, the time that they are supposed to start serving lunch. I had been craving a Whopper so I was ready to eat. When I pulled up to the drive-thru to order, I was told that they were setting up for lunch and to come back in about 20 minutes. I found something to do and arrived back 25 minutes later, at 10:55 am. I was told it would be about another five minutes before they were ready. I pulled away and sat in the parking lot for 5 minutes and came back a few minutes after 11 am. I was told that it would be about five minutes before they were ready. I responded that this was my third time to come through the drive-thru and asked if they would be serving customers today? The very nice lady explained that she was by herself and there was a lot to do but she should be ready in about 5 minutes. I asked her if it was okay if I just hung out here at the drive-thru, to which she responded that that was okay. About five minutes later she took my order. I brought my order home with me to eat while watching a movie. Come to find out, I did not get the Whopper that I had ordered. Instead I've had been given a junior cheeseburger.
