We have been patronizing the Flowood Lost Pizza since its inception. Unfortunately, there has been a notable decline in the cleanliness, service and maintenance of this location over the past 6months to year. The food remains good. There has been dirty mop water smell to the booths near the windows- particularly near the wooden partition for the last 2 visits we have attended. There have been swept but unattended piles of food and dirt on the floor. One visit this month, most all the tables were "occupied" with dirty dishes. The booths are in disrepair and have developed holes in the vinyl that expose the foam. This is a higher management concern that needs to be addressed. My largest staff level issue is consistent service concerns. I understand this is not fast food and the staff are human and make mistakes. However, I take issue with the lack of communication from the staff. I understand much of the staff are young and possibly under paid/ valued and may feel communicating when an item of an order will be significantly delayed is not necessary or they are not compensated, supported, or staffed enough to communicate errors. Additionally, they may not have been trained to do so. When half of my dine-in order, a large pizza, was delayed by 10+ minutes, none of this was communicated. When my party nearly finished eating and my pizza had not arrived, I had to ask about the status. Only at that time I was told it had to be re-made with no verbal apology. I love Lost Pizza and I would greatly appreciate upper management attention to the facility and lower management attention to...
Read moreSo much potential, but people that work there really could care less about even making the slightest attempt to get your order right. We only order here because Mellow Mushroom is gone, and if (and that's a big IF) they get your pizza right, it's on par with what MM provided. However, what we find is that they routinely leave off several ingredients that you order - in the case of what we did tonight, there was no bacon (premium topping upcharge) or banana peppers - and the whole pizza had very little sauce and the cheese left the back 1/3 bare. If you are paying Little Ceasers prices, then ok, but to spend $30 on a pizza, you at least expect it to be what you ordered and have the basic requirements of a pizza. We have been ordering from here for a couple of years now, but their misses are far more frequent than their hits. I think this may have been the straw that broke the...
Read moreI wanted to like it, but I never got chance to try the food. This was my first time ever coming here, so I suppose I wasnt familiar with the setup. I thought it was like any other pizza restaurant where they greet you at your table and you place your order. There were a hand full of people there around 8pm so it wasnt busy.
I walked in and a couple of the staff, a young girl and a guy busting tables noticed me but for the ten minutes i sat there no one greeted me. A matter of fact, the young girl brought food to the table behind me. Both her and the guy busting table jus kept looking at me but never came over. After ten mins of awkward stares i left. It wasnt til i was leaving i thought maybe i was suppose to order at the bar, but still someone should have came over or at...
