Mocha Mugs — Restaurant in Flowood

Absolutely a favorite stop for me. I can’t recommend which menu items to get.....that would take way too much time. Best I can recommend is “Go!”. You won’t be sorry. You’ll leave smiling. I’d like to add that this is my preferred and an excellent location.

WHY I PREFER THIS LOCATION...The manager worked with me on one menu item that I already loved. She helped me adjust a couple of ingredients to make this particular coffee drink “mine”. It was great to begin with but now it’s absolutely what MY taste buds prefer. She wrote it on a card and all I need to do to get MY coffee is show the card and my drink is fixed exactly the way I like it. Much easier than trying to explain what I want. That kind of service is the difference between a pretty good place to go and an excellent place to go. I suppose now I can call this location...

OMG, Mocha Mugs is to die for! The lines on either side of the little shack are always super long in the morning, but it doesn't come as a surprise as the service is always top-notch. There is not a single bad employee who works there, and my order has never been anything short of excellent! I love using my stamp card to get free drinks after enough visits. It will always be worth the wait (and worth being a little late to school or work) to get a delicious frappuccino from Mocha Mugs. My first time going here and it was great. The staff was really nice and didn’t take too long to complete the order. I got a smoothie and one of the Bahama breeze energy drinks and they were both really good. The only thing I would say though it was not a traditional smoothie like I was expecting it was more of a slushy consistency but it said it did have a little bit of yogurt in it.
