Stopped at THREE BURGER jerks (KING). 1st one Robertsdale, out of biscuits at 945a poor counter service- like in another world. 2nd one Foley, clueless/ broken English clerk, called for mgr to get order taken correctly, tan out of biscuits AFTER I ordered And PAID, mgr wanted to ARGUE about customer service when i told her it took THREE TRIES to get girl to comprehend a ONE BISCUIT ORDER. She insulted me - ordered me to take my refund LEAVE AND YOU WONT COMEBACK BC I WONT LET YOU! Watch out for RACHEL WHO LOVES TO EAT AND INSULT THE PPL WHO MSKE IT POSSIBLE FOR HER TO HAV A JOB!! Wicked ! #3 GS and another poor English on front counter— all were done inside/ take out orders for ONE EGG/BACON BISCUIT NO BUTTER.. out of food there too AND AT 1026am SAID NO MORE BREAKFAST- switching over! JUST IN NICK OF TIME Saw HARDEES!! RAN IN AFRAID IMMED ATTN AT COUNTER WITH FRIENDLY ENGLISH SPEAKER, got order correct FIRST TIME— observed Guy with a headset right behind the counter facing the kitchen calling orders and giving directions five minutes to keep everyone updated while he laughed and talked with the window clerk about jokes and dancing. Watched him grab an omelette off the rack and toss it in the can and demand another ones that looked better! I said that’s my man! What a together operation!! Team work Clean efficient nice FAST and DELISH!! TTHANK U HARDEES GS FOR TURNING MY MORNING AROUND !! Great job Will be back!! GO HARDEES GO GO!! Read moreI ordered through the app went to the drive-thru speaker was broke pulled around waited there about 10 minutes be told to to pull up waited another 10 to 15 minutes food came out looking through the bag realized I was missing two of my main sandwiches one of my other sandwiches and two fries went back inside this said they're sorry but they were out of stock on the sandwiches and they cannot substitute because it would throw their inventory off told me I had to get a refund through the app but they did not know how to use it to get my refund finally figured it out to be compensated to $10 or $11 for all the sandwiches which if you add them up individually they come to over $24 I spent over $50 in this visit they added $10 and change back in my account and took away all my crown points that I earned in that visit I wrote him an email and they said basically we're sorry but your SOL and here's $10 off your next order and a couple of crown points that I was compensated adequately for my time Not to mention when I went in there to ask about my food not once was it mentioned to me that they were out when they brought the food out to us if there was no communication on their inventory being inadequate very displeased never...

So we parked and came inside and let her know We got the wrong one. So she give us the right one then Grab the bag that I have perfectly good food and throws it in the trash. That's not all. There was a gentleman behind me with a Video filming her Getting at least 5 good hamburgers wrapped up with fries. Ready to go and she throws it in a garbage . I told her. Why would you do that with so many people and kids they cannot even have food, and they're living in the Street With so much hunger, there is in this world. Why will you throw all those Burger and fries food away. Said in our face Who cares about people that they're hungry. If there poor it looks like they ask for it. I was so In shocked and Discuss .
