AVOID this pharmacy at all cost!! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would.
We have yet to go to this pharmacy and not had some kind of issue with our scripts. Ranging from; not having meds in stock (common meds), long wait time for meds ordered, partial fills(no communication with us about it), no matter what time of day LONG wait times(15 people deep) to pickup scripts. Plus changed a policy, will fill one month only on a med they had been filling 90 days doctor written quantity(no notice/communication). There is a LARGE sign stating (as if proudly) they fill 90 day scripts. Don't believe it!
Today was the last straw. I had been tracking our order due to issues seen above. 3 days in a row I had called as two scripts kept disappearing from our online fill list.
3rd phone call, we stated we want a call from the pharmacy insuring ALL requests had been filled. We received the call and told them we would be in the next day. However, when we got there not only were they not filled but had been put back in the system AGAIN - no reason. The manager walks over and asked what the issue is. So I unloaded all of our issues. She starts poking around says well we need to order those and they may or may not come tomorrow. To which I said fantastic; these scripts were ordered last Friday, had your staff not returned them back in the system, they might actually have been here long before now. She just looked at me like I was talking jibberish. That was her only statement or communication with me. At this point I said "there is a reason your store has a 2.3 web rating, its well deserved! Should be lower! Finally said, we will find a pharmacy that actually does what they are suppose to.
No sorry, no let's see if there is another Walgreens that has them in stock, no customer service what so ever. I can understand why they are...
   Read moreI arrived to pick up a refill 15 minutes to 6 on Saturday. 2 cars ahead of me. When it became obvious that it wasn't moving, I got out of line and ran inside ( before 6) ugly red head girl closed lobby. Horrible hateful person.
I have had numerous problems with this pharmacy and would advise anyone not to use them. I intend moving all of my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy that is more reliable and competent. Between extremely long wait lines, rude employees, refusing to honor valid insurance, incompetence, not answering the phone, etc. I have given up on this store. Recently I was told by my insurance company I had to move my prescriptions to either CVS or Walgreens. I guess I chose the wrong one by going with Walgreens. It has been one BS excuse after another. First I was told I didn't have insurance ( I have been with Tricare for more than 25 years) but I found out they were entering the wrong ID number over and over again. Then when I corrected their mistake they told me the number on my government military ID was incorrect (I verified it with DEERS and it was correct) Then I was told I was 3 days early on my 90 day prescription. After I waited 3 more days for my essential hypertension medication I was told that Tricare's computer was down and they could not fill it.
